The location is great, quiet neighborhood where the locals live
Smells like smoke all over, we had to change rooms. Next day the elevator and hallways still smelled like smoke.

Located in a quiet area close to public transportation. Away from center city crowds. Small hotel with good facilities.
A few things didn’t work: one of the TV screens, the remote control was not working either. The bathroom could use an update.

Marseilla (hope I spelled her correctly) and Luis were very helpful during our stay. We appreciate them! Walking distance to bakeries, markets and restaurants. Location feels safe even walking around at night.
We were disappointed that the room was not the one shown on the pic when I booked. It was supposed to be a higher floor with a view (2 windows) of the park but we got the 2nd floor with 1 window and much darker than the photo. It was disappointing. Booking needs to be more truthful about the room details (under accommodation type)customers are getting. Bed is too soft, not comfortable for my back.

Interior layout rather different from usual in hotels, location not far from restaurants and public transport
Checkin at reception took longer than it should have, cooling in room was uneven, windows apparently couldn't be opened, no view to speak of.

The two car parking garage is very small and narrow. In my opinion, I wouldn't even mention you have a parking garage.

It was quiete and had kitchen facilities. The cleaner was polite helped us with the crib and came everyday and cleaned also the dishes.
There were no sleepers in the room. No Iron. And not even a coffee or a water to welcome the guest. Paid every single thing. The deposit guarantee that was required was unexpected.
First night the air was bad and room kind of dusty and the windows were closed and you couldn’t open it. Everyone that wanted to open the window had to go to the reception, i realized this on the next day. No balcony you had no possibility to even smoke cigarettes. No bin outside of hotel to throw cigarettes.

Kitchenette and a fridge in the room made the stay more enjoyable. The location was excellent, with proximity to everything by walking. The metro was also close enough to be able to get around the city by metro instead of taxi.
