24/7 reception, pretty calm location
The windows in our room could not be opened by ourselves, we needed to ask the staff to come and open it with a tool. That is just so inconvenient. Location is close to a metro station but it's about 30 minutes minimum of walking to more touristy neighborhoods.

A well planned and comfortable room with everything needed The staff were very sweet and accommodating. We also liked the neighborhood and will definitely stay here again when in Barcelona.

Located in a nice residential / retail area, away from the tourist district. Easy access to supermarket or restaurants in the area. Very convenient for public transit (subway/bus) to all of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was pretty good for the price. The kitchenette was good to make some snacks and breakfast, or you can make a full meal. We didn't as we wanted to enjoy the Catalonia/Spain cuisine.
There no access to open windows, unless you ask reception to open with key. Thermostat is set to heat and cannot get fan or air conditioning, during winter months, even when the room may be hot. Can only turn off the thermostat.

Interior layout rather different from usual in hotels, location not far from restaurants and public transport
Checkin at reception took longer than it should have, cooling in room was uneven, windows apparently couldn't be opened, no view to speak of.

My room had no balcony and to open the window you should ask to reception for the key but you cant keep it becouse is the only one for all windows in hotel. If you cook inside, you might not like the smell of cooking

Located in a quiet area close to public transportation. Away from center city crowds. Small hotel with good facilities.
A few things didn’t work: one of the TV screens, the remote control was not working either. The bathroom could use an update.

Marseilla (hope I spelled her correctly) and Luis were very helpful during our stay. We appreciate them! Walking distance to bakeries, markets and restaurants. Location feels safe even walking around at night.
We were disappointed that the room was not the one shown on the pic when I booked. It was supposed to be a higher floor with a view (2 windows) of the park but we got the 2nd floor with 1 window and much darker than the photo. It was disappointing. Booking needs to be more truthful about the room details (under accommodation type)customers are getting. Bed is too soft, not comfortable for my back.
