It is so so so loud. Cant sleep at night. With people talking outside. Other neighbors walking in their rooms. You can hear the feet pounding the floor when they walk. Cars. Talking. Walking. Doors. The water, toilets flushing, showers. So loud.

I was alone, and my place was very big. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was served to the room, and it was good. The room was well heated. The price was good compared the around offers.
It is little away from the center, but it was in walking distance to the place I was visiting. So, it was not a problem for me.

I did not use the kitchenette much, but it is something I typically enjoy when I stay more than one night in a city. The delivered breakfast was a very nice way to start each day. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Biggest negative is the lack of good wifi. Unfortunately my phone lacked service in the room too which made that even more problematic. Decent hill from metro.

We forgot that we had gotten a room with a terrace, so that was a nice surprise. It was roomy and clean, and we ate breakfast outside every morning, which was very nice. Speaking of, the breakfast was very good! And it was such a nice change to have breakfast brought up to our room. I had not anticipated that and my 3 year old LOVED it. I really liked that were were able to choose what we wanted for breakfast and what time we wanted it. Definitely the stand-out feature of this hotel. The room was spacious as well, with a living area, dining area with kitchenette, and bedroom section.
A few things: the air conditioning was extremely sub-par. We went in August with temperatures going pretty high, and the air conditioning unit would barely cool the unit, so sleeping was very uncomfortable. We woke up sweating every night. even with the a/c on "high cool, full max". The elevators are very, very small. Big enough for two very acquainted people, maybe. It was a struggle to get up and down stairs with our stroller. Luckily, they have 2 elevators. We arrived very late on the first night there and the location is an uphill hike from the train, so keep that in mind. Also, the area is very dark, the street is tight and empty. I'll admit, I was a little scared walking to and from the hotel, even during the day.

The flat was spacious and clean , with multiple pieces of furniture ( couch , coffee table , dining table, TV … ) , what I do like most is the bathroom which was really large , clean , well finished . The kitchenette doesn’t take much space, contains important ustensiles enough to prepare breakfast or lunch , a small fridge but fairly enough to keep cold drinks, fruits and vegetables. The air conditioner added an important value in a time of heat .
The terrace was so small, with lack of privacy to the neighboring terrace ( not completely blinded) , overlooking the neighboring private houses . Instead of putting a twin bed, they put two separate beds with no bedside tables , the bed and cupboard located in a narrow place, seriously bed placement and cupboard not well fashioned at all .

staff was friendly and helpful. nice walkable neighborhood with grocery stores, pharmacies, and fruit/vegetable stores. apartment was pretty much as advertised, worked just fine for us. we brought our own oil and pepper and salt because those aren't provided, but there were adequate serving and cooking utensils and pots and pans. manual blackout shutters worked okay, needed a little help sometimes. shower was nice, and they provide amenities including a razor and toothbrush. the metro/subway and buses are all within reasonable walking distance, though it surprised me that it was an hour to the beach on public transit. pool on the roof is above ground, with a plastic liner, all one depth, but pleasant and a nice temperature
on my lazier mornings, I was sad that the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, and then you have to climb a flight of stairs to the pool level, but most of the time that was just fine.

Clean, well-equipped rooms with everything we needed, and a perfect little rooftop pool. Quiet location with great local cafés, just a short walk to the metro. Great value for the price — highly recommend!

The hotel is located in a quiet area, with quick access to public transport, the apartment is well equipped and very clean. The staff was very friendly.
Although the apartment was very clean, there was an unpleasant smell, which penetrated all the clothes. The breakfast was based on pastries, without vegetables, fruits, eggs. The possibility to opt for yogurt with cereals was not the best alternative, because the cereals were Kellogg's corn flakes with sugar

Wonderful
Very well positioned with 2 metro stations, supermarkets, superb bakeries, good restaurants and laundromat close by. The staff ( especially Tony) were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are older but well maintained and the small kitchen is quite functional. Very easy to get to central Barcelona.
