The staff were exceptionally pleasant, professional, and helpful in every way and spoke perfectly fluent English with great recommendations. The location in the Gothic Quarter is super convenient, with many small shops and top rated restaurants located very close in the safe neighborhood, and the hotel doors remained secure 24/7 with keycard access after hours and round-the-clock staff. The rooms were spotlessly clean, amenities updated, and design was authentic to the online photos. The rooftop pool was a vip secluded hang out spot which is perfect for small groups or couples. Absolutely worth the money for this great property!
Impossible to control, but there was loud partying in the street at all hours, which happens all over the city.

The hotel is very beautiful and historic, with a balcony that overlooks a lively town square. The neighborhood (Gothic district) is very charming and full of things to see, do, and eat. We didn't take advantage of the pool or restaurant in the hotel, but the space itself was beautiful and the staff was very kind and helpful.
The only negative thing I have to say (and this is probably true for the entire Gothic district) is how difficult it is to get to and from via car. The easiest way out of the quarter is to ask the front desk associates to order a taxi if you need it. But it's an easy problem to navigate and we'd absolutely stay here again!

the first room was a little cozy but we were only there overnight. The second room was spacious with a larger bed and a terrace. The room was in great shape, the staff went beyond expectations to help with vast quantities of luggage and the location was ideal.
