Location was fantastic. Staff was so kind and accommodating. Rooms were large and spacious, and A/C worked amazing. (We were there during a heat wave and this was clutch.)
It’s a small property, so amenities are lacking like a gym, but for our short stay, we didn’t at all mind.

The apartment overall was very comfortable. It had enough kitchen supplies to make and store food. The reception was very welcoming and helpful. The location is nice. The 2 full bathrooms and washer/dryer were great.
The floor was a little dirty when we got there, but the next day when they cleaned it was better. It seemed as though maybe the apartment hadn't been used in a while. A quick cleaning would have been nice prior to our arrival.

This is a suites only facility not a traditional hotel. So don’t expect additional facilities or more amenities than the basic. Staff is friendly enough but communication and proactiveness could be better. TV in common area does not work and staff was unable to fix (we figured out problem ourself but could not fix as missing cable). You stay here for convenient location close to Sagrada Familia, parking available (paying) and separate bedrooms with bathrooms plus kitchen and washing machine.
Over communicate in case of special requests. TV common area not working.

The location was perfect! The views from the rooftop in the morning were gorgeous! Perfect spot to enjoy your coffee and look at La Sagrada.
Not very noisy street, the building was quiet and clean and safe. The front desk staff was kind and helpful.
The apartment had everything we needed, towels, dishes, Nespresso coffee, a washer/dryer, a line to hang clothes on outside on the balcony. The water was hot and the beds were comfortable.
It is also a good location to be picked up and dropped off for taxis.
The only downside is most businesses close early on that part of town but it was very safe and literally less than 5 minute walk to La Sagrada ?

So closed to Sagrada Família. You can enjoy the day and night of Sagrada Família. There are many supermarkets around the apartment. And we feel safe because there is access control of the apartment. The staffs were friendly.
Better reserve more time to call Uber or taxi to other locations. Barcelona is busy.

24/7 reception. I chose the apartment because we were arriving late at night, and late check-in was crucial. It's essentially an aparthotel and has a 24-hour reception. Everything is very clean. Cleaning is done daily. Good air conditioning. There is an elevator in the house.

Quick booking. Fast approval. Friendly staff. Well sized apartment.
Poorly soundproofed building. You can hear everything in the house. We've had somewhat of a party above us who then also woke screaming and laughing loud at 6am in the morning waking up us and our kids.

The walls are thin and you can hear doors/movement from your neighbors late at night when they're coming home from their later evenings. I should add that this is likely normal and a byproduct of their later night culture versus my families with our children in tow.

The apartment’s location is excellent, within walking distance of the Sagrada Familia cathedral and a metro station. The apartment was clean and included daily room service. The front desk staff were very helpful, providing useful information about the city and available tours. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!
