The location is right around the corner from the Sagrada Familia. Easy access to cafes, restaurants, and taxis. We were thrilled by the location. 24 hour reception desk, helpful and attentive.

Good size for 4 adults for a weekend. Very clean, appreciated for it being cleaned every day. Location is good too, though a bit of a walk to Gothic Quarters or marina (but that was fine with us). The staff was very friendly and helpful too
I was surprised about the City Tax - maybe I missed the small print when booking, but the tax is quite big.
Also, If I had to be picky - water pressure in the bathroom/toilet is not great.

Apartment so close to sights, safe neighborhood, coffee and store close by.
Enough room for my 2 young adult/ teens.
Washing machine was great. To have a 24 receptionist to assist with questions regarding Barcelona was so helpful. There was also drinking water on site. Didn’t need to leave complex and go to the store to get water. An added bonus with the summer heat wave.
My daughter studied in Spain for 1 month and accumulated more items. We needed to ship some of her things home so we can enjoy more of Europe. The receptionist provided assistance on how to obtain a luggage and supplies to mail her things home. Reassurance that the luggage would be taken care of even though we already checked out of hotel.

Everything! Excellent location, plenty of space, great price, helpful staff, and it felt safe and secure with key access only front lobby door. Short walk to the Sagrada Familia and 3 minutes from a Scottish steakhouse that was very good for dinner. It’s also next door to a market! Did mention the balcony?? Or the lounge, rooftop, or classic car collection? It was a great place!! Would recommend!

Very friendly place, very clean, Emanuel was excellent and very helpful. We were a party of 7, rented 2 apartments and everything was perfect. Excellent location, space and treatment. They hold our luggage and let us check-in earlier (the apartments were available). Highly recommended, if you travel with kids and family.

We liked the location even though it's far from the main city center.
Taxis are abundant and we used them a few times. Otherwise we used the metro and walked everywhere.
The apartment had all the necessities we needed and was roomy for our family of 4 adults. The terrace was also nice.
Really cute coffee and pastry shop on the corner across the street. A polish food restaurant across the street was also a very nice surprise that we enjoyed! Grocery store is next door! Metro is close!
One of the bathrooms really didn't heat water very hot so everyone ended up using the one bigger bathroom.
Street noise was kind of loud but this is a big city. We eventually got used to it.
Location is kind farther than I thought from the main city area. Takes 30 minutes to walk anywhere it seemed.

Centrally located, with a view of Sagrada Familia from the rooftop, DAILY cleaning service (they make the beds, start the dishwasher and mop the floors, give towels if needed)

Excellent location near Sagrada Familia, supermarket, metro....very convenient!
Excellent for families, it is like 3 stars hotel with cleaning, room services, but also have all what you need to cook, washing machine with dryer, everything.
A little bit old, need more light, pillows are so-so.

Great location right next to the Sagrada Familia. The location can't be better. There are a few coffee shops nearby, grocery store next door. Walking distance to the restaurants. The hotel is open 24/ 7. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and very nice. Our apartment was clean, we stayed 4 days, and the cleaning crew came after 2 days to clean the apartment and replenish everything. We will definitely be back.

Convenience and safety.
Lighting was a bit dull. Would be beneficial to have a cheat sheet for visitors on how to use the washer/dryer. Staff was super helpful when we asked how to get to the dry cycle.
