Everything! The location was perfect. It was in walking distance to the La Sigrada Familia and lots of shops and restaurants.
That it was like having your own apartment but the establishment is actually run like a hotel with insight staff to assist with all your needs including travel and excursion booking.

Great location and nice room. Clean, comfortable, with everything. We needed for our stay. Ideal for long stays as our unit has a clothes washer and two bathrooms.
The street is loud, bring earplugs if you’re sensitive. Some noise from within the building but at night it was quiet.

Incredible location, literally 5 minutes from Sagrada, staff was amazing, clean, modern room, close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Barcelona! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we wanted to see yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The unit itself was very spacious, giving us plenty of comfort during our stay.
A special mention goes to Sherwin at the front desk. He was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond by showing us the car exhibition in the hotel’s basement, which was such a unique surprise! We also had a great chat, and he shared some excellent local recommendations that really enhanced our trip.
Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!
I wasn’t sure if the lift could be used going up as the button only shows going down. Our room was on the 3rd floor and coming back to our room after a full day of walking was a bit of a struggle, but manaegable

Service and staff were wonderful and accommodating - like having a concierge at the front desk. We had 2 rooms next to each and worked out really good.
Our view from our rooms was not great - we were looking at bunch of other buildings - not the end of the world.

There is a 24 hour concierge that the staff were amazing. They made it super easy to get in and out as well as provided wonderful information about the area and helpful tips. Top tip, ask about the history of the property and the car museum in the basement, its quite the amazing story!
There is a bit a street noise, but that is typical of this type of accommodation and building. A simple white noise machine should solve the issue entirely. If you are able to book a higher floor this is less of a concern.

There was a luggage area where we were allowed to store our things while we went sight seeing, and they recommend a nice coffee shop across the street for breakfast.
We had a miscommunication about check out time. The staff did accommodate us after a conversation.

Just Perfect! The loacation is too good! The view is nice, and there are so many local stores around this area, and a supermarket just right beside the hotel! Perfect! It also has a rooftop has good view (you cannot eat or drink there, but of course you can do selfie and chitchat a little), and a beautiful cozy longue on the 2nd floor (E floor).
The elevator is very tiny, so don't bring too many luggages

This was an amazing property close to Sagrada Familia and within walking distance to the metro. The restaurants and shopping in the area were perfect for our family. We absolutely loved the property and the location. The staff were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this property for a family stay in Barcelona.
The beds were a little firm but still comfortable. The washer worked well, but the drying was not very functional.
