- apartment looks significantly worse in real than in the pictures - neighbourhood is disappointing, dingy - modest equipment compared to the price - dishwasher and bedside lamps would be expected

Exactly as described, nothing less, nothing more.
Apartment was clean and had all the basic amenities.
Location was great, very close to the metro station (2 mins walk).
Cristina was exceptionally helpful, from arranging an early check-in to helping with store our luggage post checkout and helping book our airport ride. She was very prompt and always available to help.
The aesthetics of the apartment could have been better, the color schemes of the curtains and bedsheets etc, but nothing major other than that.

There are a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Communication with host is very good.
It might be a little noisy from the street in the night, but you can close windows and AC is there.

The location is within walking distance from Barcelona Sants train station. Our host was very helpful and provided us with directions to the nearest supermarkets, metro, train station and recycle bins. We loved the large terrace.
The steps to the terrace are quite high and difficult to manouevre with a plate of food in your hands.

Specially the terrace...You can enjoy under the sky a lot... Location is little far from city center but reaching the city center is very easy as the metro station is very nearby...

The location was perfect. As for the staff very friendly, professional and immediate response for any questions. We went two families and both had a very very pleasant time. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat. You can book with no worries at all! I'm certainly coming back here again.

Very spacious and clean apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioned, it was perfect for our family. The terrace was big, but because of the heat we only used it to dry things after the beach. Wifi was fast. Christina gave us all instructions and was very helpful. Close to the metro and bus stop, so we could do the beach in the morning and other attractions in the afternoon. A lot of shops nearby. Towels, linens and toilet paper rolls as well as a bottle of water were included.

The apartment is very well equipped and very spacious. Very well located and the windows are noise proof!! Cristina is amazing and does her utmost to guarantee the guests great stay. We will for sure come back!!! thank you very much

This is an apartment that is suitable for a family with 6 members since it has 2 modern bathrooms. Well located within 500m of the metro station, it has all the amenities you need for a relaxing trip to Barcelona. WiFi with good speed and without interruptions was a nice surprise.
Suggestions for the owners: a) maybe some more international TV channels including some European countries would make the stay more pleasant during the evenings; b) the bed mattresses could be better, these ones were quite soft and for some could be an issue. For us, after a day of visiting many places in Barcelona, we were tired enough to fall asleep without any issues.
