The manager and reception was extremely helpful for us who came with a toddler and a baby.
The manager even hailed the right cab and ensured that our destination is correct. It was an above anx beyond service

- Excellent Location. Very close to La Rambla and metro/ train station right outside the apartment building.
- Staff was very helpful and courteous.
- Locker room was provided free of cost once we checked out.
- Spacious lounge
- Grocery store was right next to the apartment building.
- Electric kettle had a leek and upon complaint, they immediately replaced it.
- We would like to stay again whenever we visit Barcelona.
They had instructed us to throw out the garbage upon checkout which was a bit strange. Despite our staying at various apartment hotels before, this was the first of its kind; though it wasn't much of a hassle as the city garbage drums were right outside the building.

The location & staff were cheerful and very helpful
The kitchen orientation was odd making it hard to wash dishes properly. It was situated in the corner. I wish there was more hooks for clothes to hang, more bowls (only 1 bowl for eating and 1 bowl for cooking). No ironing board available

The location was fantastic. It was close to the Metro, the bus, the city centre and we had options for supermarkets as well.
I found the price for accommodation quite high for the season we travelled, but this is not only Amister Apartment's issue. It is generally Barcelona's issue.

Clean apartment with fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The location is strategic, most of the attractions are at a walkable distance.
The apartment was located on the 4th floor, but the elevator was out of service. With two small children, this made our stay very inconvenient. The host informed us of the situation only a few days before our arrival, which was too late to change the booking. They offered to help with our luggage, but no one was there to assist us. In fact, during our three-day stay, we never saw any staff.
To be fair, they did offer a discount, but once I paid, the actual discount was lower than what they initially promised. However, as mentioned, it was too late to find alternative accommodation.
The building is a typical apartment complex that has been converted into vacation rentals, making it feel somewhat unwelcoming. The location is a plus, but the dining options in the area are not as good as in other parts of the city.
