The staff, location, room, everything was amazing. From the moment our taxi stopped in front of the hotel, there was a staff member there to greet us. The room was super clean and had a handwritten welcome note and a gift. Before arriving, I had made a few requests regarding the room and minibar, and I was happy to see that they had obliged to all of them. The staff were helpful throughout the stay, whether it was helping us get a taxi or assisting with the bags. The concierge service was excellent as well.
Wi-Fi was the only thing that was not that great; it was slow to the point of being unusable. I ended up using my personal hotspot for the duration of the trip.

The property is very centrally located, rooms has all the amenities that are needed for a nice and comfortable stay.
The staff is fantastic: friendly, eager to help, knowledgeable.

The one staff member walked in the room to drop off food whilst I was showering , the receptionist was rude and put the phone down on me and they double charged me for the room and made me more than what I was originally quoted . I’m still waiting for my supposed refund for the first amount that left my account . I do not like this situation and process of payment

Pros: The staff was very welcoming and attentive, particularly Amir at the front door. The building, decoration, and room were contemporary, modern, and sleek. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great lighting, including natural light. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The shower's water pressure was amazing. Location is excellent, close to top-notch restaurants and sites of interest. The restaurant, Virens, is supposed to be great, though we were exhausted from traveling and opted for room service instead, which was better than expected and promptly delivered. Breakfast was decent. Would stay here again.
Cons: The biggest issue I encountered was with the room temperature. I need it to be cold in order to have a restful sleep and, despite turning the A/C down to 18C and high speed, the room still felt lukewarm. The pillows are "too" soft and did not provide much neck support. The bathrobes are small (and I'm not particularly tall or overweight).
