The staff, location, room, everything was amazing. From the moment our taxi stopped in front of the hotel, there was a staff member there to greet us. The room was super clean and had a handwritten welcome note and a gift. Before arriving, I had made a few requests regarding the room and minibar, and I was happy to see that they had obliged to all of them. The staff were helpful throughout the stay, whether it was helping us get a taxi or assisting with the bags. The concierge service was excellent as well.
Wi-Fi was the only thing that was not that great; it was slow to the point of being unusable. I ended up using my personal hotspot for the duration of the trip.

The hotel has an excellent location right next to one of the main trendy shopping streets, which makes exploring Barcelona very. The interior is clean, modern, Everything felt fresh and comfortable.
The staff really stood out. Everyone was super nice, attentive, smiling, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Service felt warm and professional at the same time, which I really appreciated.
Honestly, nothing major. The overall experience just felt a bit average for a 5 star hotel. There was nothing wrong at all, but also nothing particularly memorable or special. It’s more of a solid, standard 5 star stay rather than something extraordinary.
The only small issue was that I requested a hard pillow for medical reasons, both during booking and again via private message before arrival. We were arriving at 1am so I wanted to make sure it would be ready. I received confirmation, but it wasn’t there when we checked in. Not a big deal at all, just a bit confusing why pre arrival requests are offered if they’re not fully handled.
Overall, just a tiny detail in what was otherwise a very pleasant stay

The room was stunning and the beds were very comfy. The shower and the bath with salts was very appreciated. We have been upgraded and got two balconies in our room, this suite was absolutely stunning and very little noise from t he road as very well insulated. The breakfast was also excellent, the buffet and the service had everything you would like in savoury and sweet. Staff members were all extremely welcoming.
Maybe just the light from the mirror in the bathroom could be brighter, particularly handy for make up in the evening. The spa and sport area is very small, although very handy I could use it as no one was there but may be a problem if more people would like to use it in the same time.
