Location, Nice garden
Really overpriced for what it was, should not have 5*. I was told no gym and no spa upon arrival, which is hard to stomach for the price. My bed also wasnt made, so I had to make it myself - not really a 5* experience. They gave me 10% off for the inconvenience after I shared my experience - which I thought was a bare minimum and not fully satisfactory.

The room size was good; some other hotels in the same category I stayed at had tighter rooms. I always appreciate full-length windows, particularly when overlooking a beautiful backyard garden. In general, the food and service were very good.
I requested a luggage rack, and they told me it was unavailable.

Fantastic location, walkable to many shops and attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the hotel bar/garden is a wonderful place to have an afternoon drink. Rooms were spacious and stocked with fantastic amenities. The no-cost minibar is an excellent touch for customer service.
Room only included one firm pillow -- other pillows were very thin. Difficulty keeping the room cooler (could also not open windows to take advantage of the cool evenings). Suggest including more ability to plug in items near the bedside tables (e.g., no USB ports) if possible.

Such a beautiful hotel. The food and service were top quality. Lots of wonderful touches throughout the property. The best part for us was the garden. It was a lovely calm oasis to sit and have a drink, and our room looked out on it as well. I also really enjoyed using the spa facilities.
The beds were quite firm.

Amazing staff always ready to help
Breakfast is very simple for a 5 stars. Swimming pool is 90cm deep. Spa needs to be reserved in advance but no control from the staff hence I had to kick a family out (that didnt book) to be able to enjoy it myself

Breakfast was excellent and rooms very comfortable with quality beds and pillows. Location excellent for local attractions.
Just one or two small maintenance issues, for example sink stoppers faulty and light permanently on in a cupboard. Also tea making facilities provided but no milk in fridge.

Perhaps a better explanation of hotel facilities. Delicious breakfast just no vegetables.

The breakfast was amazing. So was the spa. The room was very spacious and felt luxurious. The staff are absolutely amazing and take really good care of the guest.
The pillows were a bit strange. It was difficult to get comfortable with them. Also, room service is very expensive.
