It’s clean and central to most things like shopping, metro, and food :)
It’s loud… it’s near a Popeyes and busy street. You can hear everything. People like to hang out by the side street. From our experience, people party till 3 am. Thin thin walls.

Very frustrating experience at this property and would not recommend it. Room cleaning is not guaranteed. If you’re lucky and staff have time before 15:00, your room might be cleaned—but in our case, they even refused to clean the room when requested, which is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness itself is also questionable. Drinking glasses were left in the bathroom sink unwashed, raising serious concerns about hygiene standards. The most concerning issue, however, was the staff’s behavior. Instead of addressing complaints professionally, they responded defensively and aggressively, accusing me of being offensive rather than resolving the issue. Additionally, soundproofing is almost non-existent. You can clearly hear all discussions from adjacent rooms as well as from the street, making it very difficult to rest. Overall, a very poor experience due to lack of cleanliness, unprofessional staff, and constant noise.

A beautiful hotel, a lovely clean spacious room. Lovely staff and only a 5 minute walk from La Rambla. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. They have a separate floor with lockers, where you can store your luggage for free, and a spacious lounge with drinks and light bites where you can stay after checking out. I would definitely return to this hotel if I ever return to Barcelona.
The only criticism I would have, is there is no small fridge in the room.

Location was excellent very central and easy access to transport
A lot of noise especially early in the morning, and a really bright light coming from the hall. Had to block it with cushions. Would have liked a fridge in the room.

Clean rooms and amazing breakfast.
I requested a room with -smokefree, no pets and view since am clusterphobic and allergic to smoking. Got a room with strong smell of smoke and the reception told me that it’s not possible since all their rooms are smokefree then called later to say someone will come spray something to take it away the smell even when I told them am getting a headache from the smoke. The cleaning manager noticed that the smoke was unbearable and asked if I wanted a new room then I got a room in a corner next to pipes, and very dark it felt clusterphobic. Felt like am being punished for complaining politely about the smoke in the other room.

Large room, clean and quiet. Bed was huge and comfortable. Nice ensuite. Location was central, easy walking distance to everything, metro around the corner
Fridge in room was more like cooler and turned off when room key card was removed from slot
