Clean rooms and amazing breakfast.
I requested a room with -smokefree, no pets and view since am clusterphobic and allergic to smoking.
Got a room with strong smell of smoke and the reception told me that it’s not possible since all their rooms are smokefree then called later to say someone will come spray something to take it away the smell even when I told them am getting a headache from the smoke. The cleaning manager noticed that the smoke was unbearable and asked if I wanted a new room then I got a room in a corner next to pipes, and very dark it felt clusterphobic. Felt like am being punished for complaining politely about the smoke in the other room.

Large room, clean and quiet. Bed was huge and comfortable.
Nice ensuite.
Location was central, easy walking distance to everything, metro around the corner
Fridge in room was more like cooler and turned off when room key card was removed from slot

Nice central location, close to some good dinner options (would highly recommend the nearby Vietnamese restaurant Foody Viet and slightly further away Ciutat Comptal, for tapas).
Rooms rather small and a lack of closet / drawer space.
Overall a small hotel.. but this is made up for by its central location, close to the Rambla and the Gothic quarter.
Staff friendly and helpful.

Like the room and toilet very much. Huge TV with smart features so was great! Location was great, lots to do all around us and it was the middle point from pretty much everywhere you need to go.
AC in the room was not working when brought up to reception they said it was closed due to the season but it was very hot in the room. Receptionist were not very friendly only last one before checkout was nice.
