Location was not the best, the restaurant though.. if you go to this hotel, make sure to visit the restaurant. Its amazing!
The wood on the terrace around the jacuzzi lays loosely. Besides that there is few negative things to say!

The room, the staff, the restaurant, the spa (being able to reserve time kept it quiet and tranquil), the garden. Excellent service from airport pickup right through to being dropped back off. A warm welcome and responsive staff, meeting requests quickly. Regular room servicing, including turn down service.

The location, though, away from the city centre, is good. It is very safe and access to shops, restaurants near by is excellent. We loved seeing and getting a feelfor a non tourist location..
We weren't clear that it was such a distance from the city centre. If you weren't prepared to take a bus or the metro taxis to and from centre attractions lad Lamlash, down down centre shopping etc is expensive.

Superb staff that made my stay very welcome- there was even a turn down service that I did not expect. The spa downstairs was nice and peaceful in the morning. Room was very large and had lovely views of the Jardin
Room service was a great addition but the burger was not cooked to how I asked and was missing some of the toppings I asked for. There was not really anywhere other than in your room to go and work. By the spa there was some strange room called the lounge but it was not very appealing.

Clean, safe and accessible area by metro. Serene and peaceful as its not a touristy area but also only a 15 minute metro away from town centre.

Perfect housekeeping team with attention to deal. Very kind and polite front office team .
In room dining was below expectations,made order several times .It is pity because there is a michelin star restaurant in the property .Also, there are some issues with maintenance in the room and the spa .

The hotel is nicely designed. We found our room spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The room has an amazing huge window bringing in plenty of light.
The staff is very nice and helpful, especially Santiago and the nice lady at the breakfast!
The grounds and gardens around the hotel are beautiful and full of art.
The spa has all the facilities- worm and cold pools and even saunas. We had a very relaxing and quiet time.
We felt the hotel could put more effort to maintain its facilities at a five star level. Some things in the room were rundown - scratches on the floor and a stained carpet.
We were disappointed that besides one complimentary bottle of drinking water, we were charged 5.50 per every bottle we asked for. Every hotel we've stayed at provided us with free water and this price is unheard-of.
