We had a lovely stay. The people working in the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet and dinners on our half-board plan were very good. The hotel is located quite a way uphill from Andorra la Vella, not practical to walk, but it's not a long drive and there is a bus stop right next to the hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet and the sound of a rushing mountain stream outside was very soothing.
Really, nothing, it was very good!

Exceedingly friendly staff who recognise repeat travellers even after years. Especially thanks to Nello and Augustine who really looked after me.
Comfortable rooms with good storage / wardrobe facilities
Ample hot water for post ski baths.
Good food - huge quantity and good variety. Local dishes as well as more “international” food.
Provided a packed breakfast for early departures, which is huge!
For the British traveller, the kettle in the room is a massive bonus.

Location and view
You could hear everything from the rooms either side, top and bottom. Literally everything, doors slamming very noisy cleaning ladies moving and dragging furniture for over an hour! Even after calling reception regarding the noise nothing changed at all. Not impressed.
No plug for the kettle near the table. Had to plug it in the corner down by the floor. No proper mugs, just cardboard flimsy ones.
Would definitely not go again!

The Hotel had lovely views. Staff were very helpful and it was very clean. They gave us a door between our two rooms which made my life so much easier when putting the baby to sleep. No extra cost for this.
