The staff were extremely friendly. The front desk team were very polite, fast and supportive. When our room had a problem with the AC, they directly sent someone to check it and got it solved very quickly.
The room service was very good too.
The day we checked in was my birthday, so the next evening I found a cake in my room. That was an amazing gesture from them. (I don't know who exactly did it, but I deeply appreciate it.
The hotel has TWO beaches, sandy and coral. They have shuttle buses to both beaches, which was a different experience to try multiple options.
I chose this hotel based on a recommendation from a local friend. I'm sure that I would do the same and pass the positive words on to my colleagues and friends, too.

It would be better to work on the food quality.
For the coffee thing, the machine you have in the restaurant is great, but the quality of the Turkish coffee needs to be improved a bit. In general, the food wasn't a priority for us; I'm only mentioning these points as feedback for better improvements.

Rooms are clean
2 beaches one sandy and the other is coral Beach.
1.For half board the drinks are chargable at breakfast & dinner even for drinks like cola .
2.No animation team at the sandy beach for the whole stay .
3.Easter at the hotel was a normal day only a bunny stand at the reception to take photo and some more eggs at the restaurant.
4.The Beach boy reserves spots at the beach front line with towels to seem accupied and get tips when served to late commers.

Good value for money. It truly feels all-inclusive, thanks to the exceptionally attentive service. The staff was great. We also enjoyed the pool and the children's playground, The hotel is very suitable for a family with children.
Because of the renovations, the corridor was dusty most of the time.

The place was amazing-very clean, elegant, and well-organized. The room view was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding.
It would have been even better if the bathroom had a bathtub.

Amazing staff and delicious food . Great spa. Best service with free shuttle to beach or town.
There was not possible to get a good cocktail at the bar. You could not buy other drinks but stick to those included in the menu.
The coffee machine in the restaurant was only available at breakfast, at lunch or diner you had to go and bring it from the lobby or pool bar if you wanted to have it with your cake.

The grounds were pretty but thats about it.
Most of the staff were friendly but some looked miserable. The showers were covered in mold the floors were dirty just a horrible experience. Definitely not 4 star resort. Stay away if u like a clean room. I have seen cleaner motel rooms. The sheets were horrible!

Spacious and clean rooms, beautiful gardens, exceptional services from the staffs. There are free shuttle buses to beaches and old market. Don't miss the coral beach if you like snorkeling - breathtaking views of corals and fish in the red sea! Special thanks to staffs including Yousef, Michael, the guy at the taxi counter and the guy managing equipments at the coral beach (So so sorry that I forgot the names)
The wifi can be really slow sometimes , especially in the late afternoon and early evening. Hope this could be improved later!
