The hotel is very clean and the staff are more than wonderful. The food is varied and delicious and the swimming pools are always clean. Thanks to the staff, especially the reception team. They are like a magic lantern, available 24 hours a day, professional in dealing, always smiling and always ready to help, and special thank to Yasser and Jan from the reception and will definitely come back.

It was an amazing stay, thanks to Mr Elias and Mr jan from the reception who helped us a lot in everything we needed, i will definitely come back.
Closing hours of pools and beach should be a bit later but was fine also.

The hotel is not that good and the deal when you book rooms in this hotel, there is a scam booking like when you book all inclusive you will not find everything you need. You have to pay for a bottle of water, coffee or bottle beer, hard liquor, all that you have to be addition so there’s a scam with the deals

The entertainment every day a different show, With amazing food the staff was fantastic very welcoming thanks to Yasser reception is very helpful and smiling, to Peter bellboy very helpful & to Leo, the barman’s in the swimming pool the restaurant staff and bar were very very professional, helpful and attentive to all our needs. My husband and I will certainly coming back.

Many things e.g. Staff, room size, restaurants, food quality and taste,
1. Hotel is made of 5 buildings each is 3 floors and located within 20 my fr9m each other with no elevator facilities and proper walkways.
2. Internet is very slow and disconnects frequently
3. Room is equipped with two double size bed installed next to each other instead of king size bed as per my booking request
4. There are many differences between half board and full board booking other than the meal which booking.com site failed to present in their website e.g. Ordering soft drinks, ice cream and juice at the pool is chargeable for half board but free for full board, the same rule applies for restaurant too, ordering soft drinks is chargeable. The hotel charges additional US 30 per day to upgrade to full board.

Amazing experience in the sea breeze resort. The staff is super kind and helpful, especially reception and restaurants. The room was lovely always clean and good size with balcony looking to the pool. We did the all inclusive and was super. The food was good, finally special thank to mr Yasser from reception.
