Reception staff ,Rezq and estefano were nice and hospital.
Mario from service was magnificent.
Abdul Rahim room service was exceptional.
Also Mr. Hani was cooperative and helped us alot
The food was nice with varities on every meal
The adults aqua park was big and fun.
The kids also had fun in the aqua park and the playground especially the mini disco
Late shows were perfect
I felt the pool water was cold ❄️

The all inclusive buffet was all right; nothing too spectacular but every meal you could find something tasty to eat.
The staff in the hotel is mostly very very friendly and genuinely nice.
Lots of pools to choose with the children, even though they were not heated as we were told beforehand.
The shuttle bus is very needed to get to the beach, and it was functioning well. Coral beach was nice to visit, and had a bit of a sandy part too!
Our cleaner boy was really sweet and friendly!
The pools were FREEZING cold! Only a few people managed to get inside the water...
The all inclusive drinks are not too good; wine was sometimes drinkable, but I found the safest option to stay with the low alcohol beer Sakara. Red wine was served always ice cold, as the beer was usually warmer ? Tried the cocktails 2 times, didn't need to try again.
The restaurants were really chaotic noisy; some music panels or other solutions would be easy to set up, so the echo would disappear. Also the speakers were poor quality for the music.
BIRDS on the restaurant! The crows outside are really aggressive to steal your food so it was impossible to enjoy the meals outside. Also they poo on the tables and chairs, so a better cover for the eating area would be a good idea.
The famous Egyptian scamming unfortunately came also inside the hotel. We booked a taxi to the airport from the hotel, and despite the obvious price list they tried to charge us 5$ extra. This always leaves a very bad aftertaste.

Nice big facility & pools. Good food. Many choices. Excellent staff. Great room service from Ahmad. Hot tub in bathroom with view of room tv.
No sweetner. Not at beach though free bus rides provided.

Everything was amazing, the food, the location, the facilities, the animation team, the housekeeping (especially mahmoud) and the staff ( with a special thanks to Abanoub and Michael at the reception who made our chicken and a check out process very smooth .. Thanks to their welcoming and warm smiles - we felt like Home) and all the waiters and chefs in the restaurants. We had a great stay and will keep coming back ☺️

Everything was great starting from the warm welcome message from Madonna from guest relations to the reception and the check in process upon arrival with the help of Abanoub and Michael.
The rooms were so clean and we got everything that we need with the help of Mahmoud from the housekeeping team.
If you wanna have a nice vacation at a great hotel with amazing service, activities, tasty food you should come to this hotel ❤️

Our stay was absolutely amazing and unforgettable! The entire team was incredibly kind, helpful, active, and friendly, making us feel truly at home from the very first moment.
The food was delicious with great variety, the location was perfect, and the sea, beaches, pools, Aqua Park, and daily parties made every day full of joy and fun. The animation team was simply outstanding — full of energy, smiles, and great vibes all day long!
A special thanks to Madona from Guest Relations for her wonderful gesture and thoughtful arrangements for our marriage anniversary — she was extremely generous, caring, and made our day extra special. Also, big thanks to Sultan from the animation team, Ahmed Magdy from housekeeping, the reception team ( stephanous & Antonios ) and everyone at the Aqua Park ( Mina , william and Mostafa ) for their great service and hospitality.

The pool and aqua park , the food was delicious by chef Ahmed Hamouda , I loved every day grilled food for the three meals especially the grill guy Mina with the nice smile , Ahmed Khalid one of the reception guy was very nice and helpful , the room was nice and clean by Beshoy and Mahmoud thank
I don’t like how the AC is very weak especially in the reception and restaurant while you eating you’re dripping sweat ? that’s why a lot of flies on the food in the restaurant , most of the bar guys have a really bad attitude . They ignore you and they make you feel like you’re asking for too much .The person at the door in the atrium restaurant makes you wait outside on line in the sun while there were a lot of tables was clean and empty , that’s why I like to go to the other restaurants they’re much better.
