The resort has a very nice aqua park, clean pools, and friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable, and the location is convenient for exploring Sharm El Sheikh. The entertainment team and activities made the stay enjoyable for the whole family

The staff are very helpful and friendly,
The location is great close to the beach, to the old market
1- No air conditioning during the day in the restaurant and in the reception,
2- There is no airport shuttle bus,
3- The beach shuttle bus is very few (3 buses during the day)
4- The organization of the food in the restaurant is not clear to everyone,
5- The DG organization is not for everyone (more for Italian people)
6- We booked a room with all-inclusive but we still have to pay for the Turkish coffee)
7- no quality control for the room furniture, shower, sinks, and taps,

8- no internet during the majority of our stay ( we couldn't use it to do some work)

The room and all the territories are very clean.
The green areas are very nice and always shinny.
The hotel shuttle bus is ready every day to go to 02 kinds of beach ⛱️ sandy and coral both are 05 minutes from the hotel.

What I really liked about the property was the staff and the service. They were very accommodating and welcoming. We arrived at 6 am in the morning and they checked us early without any additional charge! The room was very spacious and new and it was very clean!

We had a great time at Verginia Sharm Resort. The hotel is cozy, clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere with a lovely pool and very good food. What really made our stay special was Mohamed in the reception and the staff – everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks also to Mahmoud, who went out of his way to make meals enjoyable, reserving us a table and even preparing special drinks by the pool.
We also want to thank the local agency just across the street from the hotel – they organized a fantastic excursion for us and were honest, respectful, and flexible when our plans changed. Their support and kindness made a big difference.
The hotel kindly offered us a late check-out, which made our last day very comfortable. We felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay – highly recommended!
