Very clean, the staff is very helpful. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants, we had a room with a gorgeous view! It’s a very touristy area if that is what you are looking for. It’s about 15 minutes to the airport.

We have visited the hotel a few times until now,so first of all we really like the location! It was a pleasant surprise to find out they had a full renovation of the restaurant area,so it felt nice!The food is variable,but I must say the sweets are not really their strong side? Rooms are a good size and the only "negative"side for me personally is the mattress is hard( which was ok for my husband ?)For the beach lovers-have in mind the hotel is using 2 beach areas that are within 5 min.walking,which for me is not a problem!The warm at the main swimming pool was heated.The staff is really friendly,people are working hard and do their best to make you feel comfortable! Special thanks to the team at the reception desk,who gave us 2 very spacious and adjacent rooms,as there were 4 of us this time and we were more than happy to enjoy some time together on our common balcony! Everyone is really so helpful! Not for the last- when you book there is plenty of options you can choose from-only breakfast,2 meals or all inclusive,but I saw a price list at the reception that gives you an opportunity to change that on the spot and I think it is a great option, especially if you would be on a trip all day long so you won't be having lunch at the hotel.I would also advise people who are a little lazy like me? to book a room in the main building of the hotel, walking to the house premises is a bit steepy!There is also a nice Fix price super market just around the corner once you are out of the hotel after the Buddha Bar right side along the street and that is very practical and useful too. Overall it is a really good value for the money you pay and I would recommend the place to couples like us,we would definitely be coming back again! The room was super clean , staff was so professional and helpful, the hotel was on town down so everything was around , mr mohamed omar made us a room upgrade and a birthday cake for my birthday ❤️ this was awesome

Reception was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay in general.

I like the location of the place. The staff is fatnastic and very friendly. Mohamed and Ibrahim are the best front desk employees very friendly and supportive.

Kids loved the mini water park with heated water. Nice and quiet if staying on the upper level / hillside villas.
