The staff was very friendly. Upon check-in I was offered an upgrade to a room with a sea view at no extra cost and I gladly accepted. Meals were good and room cleaning exceptional.
Water pressure in the shower was quite sporadic. Within the span of a single shower it could go from not being poweful enough to go up to the shower head to being pefectly normal and even strong.

Everything was perfect! The place was
exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-prepared. The host was very welcoming and helpful specially Mr/ Hussiny and Mr/ Mohamed Omar, they really made our days with their honesty and respectful treatments. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the relaxing atmosphere.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The reception team was extremely helpful and always supportive throughout the stay.
I received a free upgrade from a garden view room to a sea view room, which was a fantastic surprise.
The beach is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel—much closer and more accessible than I expected.
The beach itself is sandy, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing.
Breakfast and dinner were good, offering a nice variety and quality.
The main restaurant on the 2nd floor was convenient and had a nice atmosphere.
The entertainment stage on the third floor hosted enjoyable shows that kept us entertained in the evenings.
Lunch wasn’t up to the same standard as breakfast and dinner.
The grill restaurant was about 1 km away, which made it inconvenient, so we didn’t end up using it.
There were too many tour sellers on the beach, which felt a bit intrusive.
We frequently heard construction noises, and although we complained twice, the issue persisted.

Great Hospitality. Loved our room, location , breakfast offering, pool services, etc. Great proximity to the beach, restaurant, convinient stores, etc.. Mohammed Omar at the front desk is very welcoming and helpful. The Caretaker in our section of room 900.. was very responsive to our needs. The chef at the omelette corner is the best we had in all of our previous vacations. My wife asked for a few muskmelon slices for our daughter, and the manager of the breakfast area came with a takeaway box full of muskmelon and other fruits .People at the SPA were exceptional with their services and honesty ..my wife forgot her gold chain in the SPA, and the perosnell at the reception of the SPA kept it safe and returned it to us. If I travel to Sharm El Sheikh again, I will stay here again
Property has some wear and tear and needs some maintenance to elevate the facility.

The hotel is slightly outdated, but came with a great value regarding food quality and price. The staff is amazing, the value/price is amazing, but the property is slightly older.
It’s a great place that is located near the Hard Rock restaurant and other restaurants.
