The room was super clean , staff was so professional and helpful, the hotel was on town down so everything was around , mr mohamed omar made us a room upgrade and a birthday cake for my birthday ❤️ this was awesome

I like the location of the place. The staff is fatnastic and very friendly. Mohamed and Ibrahim are the best front desk employees very friendly and supportive.

Kids loved the mini water park with heated water. Nice and quiet if staying on the upper level / hillside villas.
We had to change the room from the main building at 5 floor because of the noise from the corridor and the music from outside disco. Got the room on the hillside and were happy.

First of all, at your website, it says "beachront" but they are using another hotel's beach which requires leaving the hotel, crossing the street and walking for 250-300 meters.
They said they have a gym and spa but there were a few equipment only in the gym and they were all broken, even the dumbbells were broken. Spa was not clean and I think there was a renovation or something else.

The staff was very kindly and helpful. Especially we are grateful to Mr. Sheriff (room #906) for the cleaning of our room every day. His service was exceptional. The meat quality was very good.
Most staff was not able to speak English. They tried to speak to us Russian which we couldn't. The plates were not cleaned well. The towels at the beach are worn and not clean enough.

Naama bay is one of the best hotels I have been in recent years. The food the staff, the rooms and everything was 5 stars. This is my third year I come to the same hotel and I’m going to come here every year. Thank you also to Omar Saad the manager of the reception and thank the brother Mohammed Omar that also works in the reception.

The staff was very friendly. Upon check-in I was offered an upgrade to a room with a sea view at no extra cost and I gladly accepted. Meals were good and room cleaning exceptional.
Water pressure in the shower was quite sporadic. Within the span of a single shower it could go from not being poweful enough to go up to the shower head to being pefectly normal and even strong.
