A wonderful hotel with great facilities but let down by a couple of issues which could have been resolved better. Most staff couldn’t do enough for you though and we would return.
The food was not worthy of a 5 star hotel apart from 2 restaurants. Too much hassling by people selling the spa and boat tours although in good humour

This was our third visit to the Sunrise Diamond Beach Hotel and, as always, it was WONDERFUL! Huge thanks to all the amazing staff, for the delicious food and for such a lovely holiday. We'll be back!

Thanks to young boy on reception for kindness and helpfullness.
Salah send us two full plate of snacks in the middle of the night.
Grounf floored room was quite good.
While checking in we wanted to change our room to a king size bed one . They changed but when we reach to the room we noticed that one of the tovels, one of the slippers and one of the water bottles were already used and dirty. So we wanted our own two seperated bed room back and they changed back.It took approximately one hour after midnight but after this everything was quite good.
Chairs out of the room could be better.

Our stay at Sunrise Diamond Beach was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We arrived quite early, and the team was so kind — they arranged an early check-in for us and even gave us a free room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise.
The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. A huge thank you to Alaa and Ibrahim from the Jewels Restaurant – they were so kind, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed.
The food at Jewels was delicious, and we also tried the Gamila Restaurant, which was fantastic as well.
Overall, it was a perfect vacation — great service, great food, and a wonderful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back again!

I like how the place was very accomodating to the tourist. The staff; specially in Posh Club were very friendly and very respectful with the guess. Big thanks to Ms. Honey who had been so friendly and had assisted us in all our request. Thank you for being kind. I've made the right decision of choosing Sunrise Diamond during our stay specially we've travel all the way from Dubai. It was the right spot to relax.
I cannot think of anything i did not like during my stay. It was an enjoyable stay

We booked a jaccuzi suite, very recomended.
The hotels staff are very nice and helpful.
Posh club is another level you get vip treatment.
Kids planet was dissapointing, the girl working there didnt give our baby any attention on our first visit.
The food in the main restaurant at lunch and dinner is almost the same every day, but still good.

Beautiful resort on the sea with friendly staff, numerous restaurants and pools and many activities. The Aqua park and kids club were really nice for our two little ones.
The opening times for the Aqua park were limited (10am - 12pm and 3-5pm). The quality of the food was good but not great; however, you can’t expect more from an all-inclusive. We actually booked without all inclusive and they tried to push it on us quite a bit, but we did a mix of restaurants inside and outside the resort so it worked well for us. Also they make it seem like reservations for restaurants are very important but then the restaurants were not full at all.

I like it all, i was posh club and i did have a VIP treatment
From everybody especially from Merna, Hamza, Amr, and Honey and all staff was in the perfect pattern.
