Everything was perfect: the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, the rooms were beautiful and spotless, and the food was delicious with so many options to choose from. The atmosphere of the resort was truly magical.
The pools, the beach, and the stunning sea view made our experience even more special. A big thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and professionalism — you made our stay unforgettable.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic and relaxing stay in Sharm El Sheikh ?✨

The landscape in the outdoor area very well kept and nice setting, the cleaning staff around the room every morning were not pushy and they were so helpful and respect-full. Also staff in general were so nice although you could see they were under lot of pressure since the hotel was full but they kept being nice and helpful. the life guard who was in the afternoon and most of the time where we spent in the beach was so helpful and nice he observed the sea all the time which was a big relieve
the family room furniture were so outdated and looked old defiantly not a 5 star hotel. the bathroom floors and walls looked very worn-out and needs renovation and very deep clean. the food was good but almost same food every day. the pool with the slides has plastic floors! although it was very quite and nice area but you could smell the plastic while swimming, also shading was not ok in such a hot area you need proper shades around the pool

We went there as a family and we collected a lot of memories. First of all facility is in a super convenient location, has it’s own beach and of course many pools if you like. The Red Sea is so cool and btw the hotel has its own coral reefs so bring your snorkel with you. You’ll be amazed by the view and all the colorful fish. Most importantly the stuff is super nice and friendly. Among all the great things, we loved the stuff the most. I cannot name them all but thanks to Maher, Sofia, Mohamed, Abdo, Chef Morsy, Metamad, Wagihe, Ali, Amr, Tarek, Khaled, Mostafa, Sherif, Donia, Ahmed, Abu and all the others. Facility is super clean and the food is super delicious. Other than open buffet, there are few different cuisines that you can try. I highly recommend you to try Italian, Thai and Indian cuisines. There are lots of different activities for families with kids. And if you don’t have any kids, you can simply spend time in +16 pools or places to avoid kids in place. The facility has a lot of options and activities, it even has a big pub inside. Lastly try the spa center. Its totally worth it. Of course it has a gym inside, you can workout easily. It was the greatest experience. We are looking forward to visit there again soon.

The resort was exceptionally clean, the buffet offered a great selection, there were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing.
Meal times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very strictly enforced. While the staff regularly clearing tables was sometimes appreciated, it often felt excessive and made the experience a bit rushed. Lunch ending at 2:30 felt too early—especially for guests coming from the pool who needed time to shower before eating—so extending it to 3:00 would be helpful. At times, the overall atmosphere felt a bit chaotic.

They have absolutely everything! There are four different pools, so there’s always a perfect spot for every moment. If you come with family, there’s a dedicated area just for guests with children. And if you’re traveling as a couple, it’s also perfect, since there’s an adults-only section — more მშვიდ and private.
They also have a beach, a spa, and a gym — everything you might need. There are plenty of activities for kids, and if you want, you can leave them there safely while you relax.
There are several dining options, with six different restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. It’s all-inclusive, with amazing drinks, and the staff are incredibly attentive and always ready to help. You truly feel special and well taken care of.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this all-inclusive hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — truly warm, professional, and attentive in every detail.
A special thank you to Mr. Gamal, who was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and dedication really made our stay extra special.
The food was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options every day, so everyone in the family always found something they loved. The views were beautiful and created the perfect relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay.
There were also multiple entertainment programs and activities, which kept both adults and kids engaged and happy the entire time.
Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and well-organized all-inclusive vacation. We will definitely be coming back!
