We liked the diving school and the beautiful reef near the hotel.
The hotel promised to meet us at the airport, but did not, it was very unexpected and very unpleasant with 2 small children.

The resort haf everything in one spot, and all the staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. It was very good for kids as well as taking care of our food allergies one glutenfree and vegan and eggs/treenuts. The on-site dive center has very good professional instructors and we also took the PADI exam.
The finishings in the rooms are a bit dated,. The map of the hotel is a bit old and getting around can be a bit confusing. But in regards to everything minor things.

The hotel truly offers a high-quality all-inclusive experience. The breakfast and dinner options were quite varied and of good quality. The Nora restaurant is excellent, and the outdoor grill area is also very good. The Egyptian bread was a nice touch as well. Overall, we were very satisfied and enjoyed the food.
The live music shows in the restaurant added a lovely atmosphere to the evenings.
The room was spacious and very quiet. The pools were great, with enjoyable entertainment, and there are plenty of them to choose from. The water slide area is excellent — fun for both adults and children. It’s not a full water park, but it’s more than enough for a young child to enjoy.
There are à la carte restaurants available, but we didn’t try them this time since the buffet was already excellent — maybe next time!
The snorkeling area is outstanding — truly breathtaking.
The hotel itself is very beautiful, with elegant architecture and a refined style.
A special thanks to Mr. Gamal Salah, who was always attentive and did everything to ensure we had an excellent stay.
The beds are smaller than expected for a double bed (the minimum standard would be 160 x 190 cm), although I’m confident they would have replaced them if requested. The air conditioning is very noisy, which made it difficult to rest in the evening without turning it off.
The beach is too small, and it becomes extremely difficult to find a spot after 10 a.m., which is a drawback. There are many stairs around the property, which can be tiring, especially for children, although a shuttle bus is available.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, but during busy periods there can be delays in getting drinks due to high demand.

The service from all the staff was excellent. Mr Gamal was very attentive and so was Mohammad Ibrahim, my room service staff member.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! From the moment my family and I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. A special thanks to Mr. Gamal for getting in touch with us before our arrival and for helping us upgrade our room to a beautiful sea view room — it was absolutely worth it! The view was stunning, and we loved waking up to the sight of the sea every morning.
We originally planned to stay for five nights but ended up extending our stay to six nights because we were enjoying it so much. Everything from the service to the atmosphere exceeded our expectations.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxin
If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to offer a wider variety or better quality of desserts — that would make the dining experience perfect.

What an amazing experience! The location couldn’t be better — super close to the airport, making everything so easy. The place is spotless, modern, and has such a great layout. Loved the shuttle buses to the private beach — so many fun activities to enjoy there! The food and drinks were fantastic, and every single staff member was friendly, courteous, and ready to help with a smile. Truly a wonderful stay — a full 10/10!
