We went there as a family and we collected a lot of memories. First of all facility is in a super convenient location, has it’s own beach and of course many pools if you like. The Red Sea is so cool and btw the hotel has its own coral reefs so bring your snorkel with you. You’ll be amazed by the view and all the colorful fish. Most importantly the stuff is super nice and friendly. Among all the great things, we loved the stuff the most. I cannot name them all but thanks to Maher, Sofia, Mohamed, Abdo, Chef Morsy, Metamad, Wagihe, Ali, Amr, Tarek, Khaled, Mostafa, Sherif, Donia, Ahmed, Abu and all the others. Facility is super clean and the food is super delicious. Other than open buffet, there are few different cuisines that you can try. I highly recommend you to try Italian, Thai and Indian cuisines. There are lots of different activities for families with kids. And if you don’t have any kids, you can simply spend time in +16 pools or places to avoid kids in place. The facility has a lot of options and activities, it even has a big pub inside. Lastly try the spa center. Its totally worth it. Of course it has a gym inside, you can workout easily. It was the greatest experience. We are looking forward to visit there again soon.

The resort was exceptionally clean, the buffet offered a great selection, there were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing.
Meal times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very strictly enforced. While the staff regularly clearing tables was sometimes appreciated, it often felt excessive and made the experience a bit rushed. Lunch ending at 2:30 felt too early—especially for guests coming from the pool who needed time to shower before eating—so extending it to 3:00 would be helpful. At times, the overall atmosphere felt a bit chaotic.

They have absolutely everything! There are four different pools, so there’s always a perfect spot for every moment. If you come with family, there’s a dedicated area just for guests with children. And if you’re traveling as a couple, it’s also perfect, since there’s an adults-only section — more მშვიდ and private.
They also have a beach, a spa, and a gym — everything you might need. There are plenty of activities for kids, and if you want, you can leave them there safely while you relax.
There are several dining options, with six different restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. It’s all-inclusive, with amazing drinks, and the staff are incredibly attentive and always ready to help. You truly feel special and well taken care of.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this all-inclusive hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — truly warm, professional, and attentive in every detail.
A special thank you to Mr. Gamal, who was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and dedication really made our stay extra special.
The food was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options every day, so everyone in the family always found something they loved. The views were beautiful and created the perfect relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay.
There were also multiple entertainment programs and activities, which kept both adults and kids engaged and happy the entire time.
Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and well-organized all-inclusive vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

Great location, nice hotel, well established and maintained. Everyone puts an effort and is very helpful. Tennis courts need renovation, but we were still able to enjoy. We had great time playing beach volleyball and the swim up room was great too!
Food was a downside. Great deserts, however buffet creates false sense of options, but quality over quantity would be great. As a simple fresh and nice salad station, good quality pasta station. Restaurants: indian was good, italian was pretty bad/very average

I especially liked the adult only pool for quiet relaxing
