The staff was extremely helpful especially Youssef at reception. The waiters were extremely polite and attentive.
The hotel is in need of a renovation, especially the shower. There is very little water pressure and they could remove the bathtub. They could also add USB ports to the rooms.

Everything about the hotel is wonderful, 95% of the staff are eager to help and always offer assistance before you ask, especially Mahmoud from the reception who is a great guy and one of the most professional and courteous people you could meet, Rooms were clean, the food is a great and the beach is a treat to those who like snorkling or diving.
The beach is not suitable for children at all, the family pool needs some maintenance as some tiny tiles are missing leaving uncomfortable edges on the pool floor and 5% of the staff do their jobs properly but without smiling which gives you a bitter after taste.

The breakfast has plenty of options for everybody
The place is very quiet and has about 2 pools area and a nice big jacuzzi to relax and you can get drink brought to you to the pool
The staff is very friendly, they also have laundry service and they do a great great job to clean and fold everything
to be honest i think this place is more like a very nice 4 star hotel. it needs some remodeling in certain areas, and if that is fixed is definitely a 5 star. I hope this review & feedback can help anyone. I would definitely stay here again if i am ever back in Sharm-El Sheikh

I really enjoyed each single min I spent at this lovely hotel , started with the outstanding welcoming from the reception team especially Mr Mahmoud El hoseny and Mr Mohamed , and Mr Mina , I feel like a home
The restaurant team and chief welcoming and serving you with smile
The food menu was super delicious and have a wide variety of choices
You can easily do snorkeling and enjoy the wonderful colorful fish

The best place to disconnect and enjoy a relaxing vacation at the Red Sea, comfortable accommodation, very clean , amazingly delicious food, excellent staff and fabulous entertainment, we simply loved every moment as we usually do , Waael the housekeeper who professionally attended to us did an excellent job, thank you.

Location is amazing , free SPA which is extra great facility ' taste an the variety of food is extraordinary ? the design of the hotel is lovely and convenient

The hotel is exceptionally clean and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. I must highlight that both the bed and the pillows provided me with a perfect night's sleep.
The staff are the epitome of politeness, especially the reception team who were professional and very welcoming.
Regarding the food, I had honestly lost hope in finding a good meal until I stayed here. The food is absolutely incredible! The variety is amazing and everything tasted delicious. It was definitely the highlight of my trip
The beach was rocky and I didn't like it, but the tourists were extremely happy because they were diving and seeing colorful fish

Everything was beyond perfect.. ?
We stayed for 3 days, a family of 4 (including a toddler)
The Staff is the best thing there.. starting from the smooth, quick, professional check in with Mahmoud.. then the excellent customer service at the pool bar and the kids pool area (Mina, Milad, Walid and Bassem)
The food quality was super good (although usually the all inclusive doesn’t give the best quality, they were so good, not just the variety but the quality)
I will definitely be coming back again (hopefully soon) ?

We would like to thank the staff of the hotel for their hospitality and kindness. We stayed 5 nights and any problem we had - was solved within few minutes (big thanks for this because I guess we were problematic ones haha). The food was great and every evening they were making special dinner programs, the rooms were clean and cleaned daily. All facilities of the hotel were well maintained and clean. We truly enjoyed the free of charge tennis and golf options, which is really rare to have in the hotel for free. The spa area was also good and free of charge - hamam, sauna, jakuzi - all was great. Even thought we are not heavy drinkers - wine, beer and cocktails were like really really good! So don’t be concerned about the “local drinks” rule. To sum up - thank you so much for this beautiful experience!
Hammam can be little warmer, but maybe we just didn’t know how to adjust it.
