Very good location. Check-in is fast and pleasant. The room is cozy. Very clean. The food is very good. Very helpful restaurant staff. The beach is close. There are two bridges to the sea. One is stable wooden. Good reef. Large area for swimming. Extremely friendly and helpful beach staff.
It's very sad ,that the bridge to the sea is closed until 8am, when the sun rises after 6am. Vacationers, who want to swim in the sea before it's not too hot ,don't have the opportunity to do so. You have to wait for the lifeguard ,who has good asleep to come. We come to swim in the sea, but not to look at the sea. I rated it 10 because everything else is really great

Consistently excellent service throughout!
A special mention to the restaurant staff. They offered to let us in early for breakfast so that I could grab a school lunch for my kids. They were great throughout.
The food was so yummy and the special themed section every night was very tasty.
It’s just a really lovely relaxing stay.

Huge hotel. The swim was nice. The snorkel is not as amazing as other places, but the swim was nice. The rooms are big. I was in a room where the balcony was huge for no reason.. felt like it was a boat. ?♀️. The room itself was very comfortable.. the shower could be bigger, but it was ok. The front desk people were nice and the room was cleaned well. The spa has very nice y the outside jacuzzi made it worth the $.
The adult pool was big and nice. The calamari at the beach bar was tasty. The cave beach was very peaceful.The day time drumming animation team was enjoyable. Overall nice, but it's valued at the same price as other hotels that are better. At least they could offer better food.
First of all, the food. It's such a shame.. You cant call the hotel a 5 star and serve that food. Also, the people serving are cold.. sad, maybe.. depressed.. I have no idea if they are overworked, not paid well, or just simply not trained well, but obviously, the management could do better in that department.
There was a guy signing at night. It sounded like bad karaoke. Sorry, but no.
One of the beaches had ants. No idea how, maybe due to people eating there, but that is something that should be fixed.
The guy at the spa kept telling me how my feet need a pedicure and while I understand the need to sell...it was creepy and pushy.

The food is amazing, staff are friendly and polite, the hotel is clean
The animation team is extremely disruptive—their voices carry through even the best soundproofing.
As for the facilities, the sewer system is poorly maintained, and the toilet constantly has an unpleasant odor.
The gym can use some maintenance and upgrade.

food is ok beach wasnt good because no sandy beach you must use the water bridge breakfast was not bad dinner was ok !
beach has no natural sandy access for swimming, main pool for adults only was too small, the other children pool was better also for adults, and its not good idea to seperate families on pools aduls and children we came to swim together i think park regency hotel is much better in all aspects.

The bar coffee was not prepared professionally, and the kids’ pool was too small. In addition, the stairs leading to the kids’ pool did not feel safe enough, which is concerning for families.
