I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms and pool were super clean, which made a huge difference. The Hotel staff were all so friendly and welcoming—really added to the vibe. And thanks to Ibrahim from Food & Beverage, he was genuinely amazing.

I had an exceptional stay at JASNEO Sharks Bay Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh — a place where genuine hospitality and attention to detail truly shine. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spotless, and the pool area is kept incredibly clean, making it a perfect space to relax. The variety and quality of food exceeded expectations, with something to suit every taste, thanks to the care and effort clearly put into every meal. A special thanks to Ashraf Zaki, whose leadership is reflected in every corner of the property, and to Mr. Adel, whose warmth at the restaurant made every dining experience feel personal. Deep appreciation also goes to Chief Houssam for the delicious flavors, Amani for her kind presence, the talented therapist who made my time even more relaxing, and Hameed the bellman, who was always there with a smile. It’s rare to find a hotel that feels this thoughtful and seamless — and I’ll absolutely be returning.

The staff was amazingly kind and friendly, the buffet was pretty good and varied. All the resort was pretty clean but the real strong is the staff
The location is quite bad but they are smart and so provide a bus shuttle to the other beach, also the outside lunch was not enough

I called out the manager in charge who contacted Booking, MOHAMED ALI, the manager in charge at around 14:00 on April 20th, the front desk Ahmed, the housekeep who did not receive tips on the day of my arrival and made up such incident to tell the hotel Zihard, LIERS and DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
The hotel accused me of consuming minibar despite that I did not and everything was cleared at the checkout!!!!!!!! They made such accusations when I returned to get my luggages after checkout, refusing providing any proof of the consumption, preventing me from getting my luggage and leaving the hotel. When I explained and asked for proof, they ignored me but kept repeating that 'yes you did, not today but before'. RIDICULOUS, why didn't come to me at the spot?????? I wasn't in the room that day!!!!!!!!!
When I complained to booking, the hotel dare continue to lie and make up the false consumption, saying the manager waived the fee as a good gesture. LIERS!!!!!!!! Still, not at all any proof!!!!!!!! The staff, especially guest relation Menar, and the reception staff, especially Ahmad, were so super lovely and accommodating. The hotel is very beautiful and the food is delicious. Greay value for money!
The teansport to the beach, late by 6 min to the beach and late 12 min from the beach. Beach wasn't that great and staff over there at Jaz Belvedere unfriendly, didn't engage at all. Just stay at the pool or go different beach

Everything was wonderful. The food and cleanliness were great. The food was diverse and the rooms were clean. I recommend everyone to have a pleasant vacation. The management is more than excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Ashraf, the general manager of the hotel, and thanks to all the hotel staff, and thanks to Mr. Ahmed at the reception, who was available at all times.

From the very beginning the room it was dirty especially the shower and sheets.Too many flies inside the room,the staff was okay without very good knowledge of English language.The night shows e.x karaoke was so loud and we couldn't have some rest,i was expecting so much more im disappointed and of course i don't suggest to anyone staying here
