My partner and me loved this all inclusive. Staff were always super super friendly, the place looks new and extremely well taken care of. There are multiple facilities for sporting, and a lot of variety for the food! Internet was super fast, and the beach is not, in term of coral, the best, but there is some nice stuff to see. We did explore other all inclusive out of curiosity in the same price range and difference is overwhelming. My partner thinks that perhaps could be a little more variety during the snack time but I personally believe that you can eat and drink all the time good quality things. Next time I come to Egypt without a question I'll come back to this resort.
Perhaps the snacks and drinks in the beach were a little poor. The stand that is in there is a bit abandoned compared to the rest and the food its regular.
Besides that, the company could benefit from giving their employees some English lesson (but this is a problem all over Sharm el Sheik...so this is really a remark to perhaps stand out a little).

We were a family of 5 with a 2.5 year old child. I enjoyed the attention to detail in serving the interests of children. There are highly equipped kids areas with a nursery! I’ve never been to a resort in Sharm with a nursery! Our child loved every part of it. Also, the main restaurant is equipped with baby tables and plastic plates for children to eat safely. As for the adults, we enjoyed the pools, the activities and the quality of service to which we were given. The staff are the friendliest, most helpful group of people which we were happy to call our friends during the stay; always asking if we were in need of anything and always prompt with room service. An all inclusive stay with all inclusive satisfaction and enjoyment. Thank you Sierra!

Exceptional, services, food, staff was very helpful (ask for Mr. Ahmed Zidan in the reception and for Mr. Fares and Ms. Rasha in the restaurant).
The golf area can be utilized for an Aqua park.
