From the moment we arrived, everything at Sirra Sharm El Sheikh was beyond amazing
???? Staff & Service: The staff made our stay unforgettable. Mr. Medhat at reception was professional and kind, Rasha made us feel at home, and Mr. Nour brought amazing energy to the activities. At the pool bar, Abanoub & Mina were fantastic, and at the beach bar, Fam & Ramez created a friendly atmosphere. Special thanks to Mohamed from housekeeping for keeping our room spotless, and Mr. Mohamed the shuttle driver for being always punctual and welcoming.
?️ Food: Delicious with plenty of variety every day—seafood, international dishes, and local specialties. Thanks to the restaurant team, especially Mohamed Abdalaty, for outstanding service.
?️ Beach: Stunning clear water, golden sand, and a beautiful coral reef. Always clean and well-organized, with a quick 5-minute shuttle to reach it.
?️ Room: Spacious, modern, and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a balcony view over the gardens and sea.
? Facilities: We loved the free bowling, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis, and gym—all excellent quality and a great bonus.
? Location: Perfectly placed in SOHO Square with shops and entertainment nearby, plus a free shuttle to Naama Bay and the Old Market.
✨ Overall: Amazing staff, delicious food, stunning beach, clean rooms, great facilities, and the best location. Truly the best hotel I’ve ever visited in Egypt—I will definitely be back soon!

I had a wonderful stay at Sierra Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and inviting, and the facilities are excellent. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of service throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend Sierra Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I had a great experience at Sierra, thanks in large part to the outstanding service at reception. Samuel Aid was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. We love the staff they are very kind and so respectful. The reception staff ( Adly and Amir) and so kind respectful and at our service 24/7.
The dining room staff ( Kerilos, Marcos, Rasha, and Mervat) are so nice, friendly and welcoming.
We thank everyone from the bottom of our heart and for making our vacation the best experience possible.

The hotel is very close to the airport. Staff is ok food is also good.
There is different rules. In some pools is kids not allowed to swim which is unacceptable. There is just 2-3 pools they have rules.
Don’t go with you kids there is more like Adult hotel.
In the restaurant is the place for the kids there is AC not open and is hot. If mum and dad will sit there is really hot.
After check out the they let us wait for check the room if everything is ok or not (never saw that)

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always smiling and ready to help, which made us feel very welcome. The food was amazing—delicious and with a good variety. One of the highlights was definitely the Wi-Fi, which was surprisingly fast and reliable throughout our stay.
The location is also a big plus, just a short walk from SOHO Square, where you can find shops, restaurants, and places to relax in the evening.
While the facilities were generally OK, the rooms and buildings could use some renovation. They felt a bit outdated and didn’t quite match the quality of the service and food.

The hotel’s location is great as it’s inside Soho Square. The food is decent and worth the price. The cleanliness was excellent — the room was cleaned every day. Although the rooms are a bit old, it wasn’t a problem at all.
One of the best things about the hotel was definitely the staff. Everyone — from the adult pool to the beach bar and even the security — was always smiling and friendly. Whenever you smiled at them, they greeted you back warmly. Their positive attitude really stood out during our stay.
There’s a shuttle to the hotel’s private beach every 20 minutes, and it only takes 5 minutes to get there. The beach was definitely the highlight of our stay — the corals and Red Sea fish were truly amazing.
The biggest downside of our stay was the lack of information provided. As someone who has stayed in many 5-star resorts, this was the first time I was disappointed with the reception staff. They didn’t give us any information about the hotel — they just handed our room card to the bellboy and sent us to the room ? I had never experienced anything like that before. We had to figure everything out ourselves, and since it’s a large resort, at least a brochure about the facilities or daily activities could’ve been helpful.
Other staff members were attentive enough. However, we noticed that Arabic-speaking guests received noticeably more attention — especially in the main restaurant. While their large tables were being served drinks directly, the rest of the guests were mostly left alone. This might be due to the staff’s limited English skills, I’m not sure.
The main restaurant was decent overall, but the beach bar was disappointing. The food quality was low, and fries tasted like fish because they were fried in the same oil. The alcohol quality was poor — we didn’t drink anything except beer.
Would I stay here again? I’m not sure. Maybe just for the beach, which was the highlight of our trip.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent.
The cleanliness was outstanding, the maintenance was perfect, and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were kind and professional, and the food was delicious with a lot of variety. Everything was amazing and more than satisfying. We really enjoyed every moment!
