We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, especially the cleanliness, the quality of the food, and the overall service.
We would like to thank Hussein and Haitham for their great support and professionalism.
A special thanks to Mr. Ashraf, who was extremely kind and helpful.
Also, the pizza guy was very friendly, and all the restaurant staff were very respectful and welcoming.
The food was delicious, the atmosphere in the hotel was amazing, and the beach was beautiful.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I loved everything. The hotel, vibes, staff, the location (close to McDoncald’s and Farsha cafe). I especially want to thank Sam, who cleaned our room for 3 days, he was kind and clean. He made cute towel shapes with rose flowers?

This Hotel was better than expected, this is our 3rd time in Sharm el sheik and we got rhis one for 1 night and since our arrival the experience was amazing, the food way better than the 5 stars we have stayed before. In this hotel the food so fresh with plenty of options, fruits etc, till now the best food we have had in Sharm el Sheik specially for the all inclusive. Even when the access to water is not inside the hotel they has their own beach where they take you by shuttle
After staying in other 3 hotels with 5 stars we want to say that the food here was the best

Room was very old and not clean. Fridge was dirty. Doesn't worth $200 a day compared to the value of the $200 in Egypt. It is about $10,000 Egyptians pounds.
The internet was so bad to the point it was useless. The meals provided, food wasn't that great, compared to what I have somewhere else, it was average.

We had planned to stay at the hotel for a week, but we left after just three days, 2 days of the lack of response from Booking.com.
Special thanks to Anita for her understanding and support in resolving our issues. Thanks as well to the Restaurant and Room Service staff for their responsiveness and positive attitude.
The hotel is located not far from the Old Town and the Carrefour hypermarket, approximately a 30- and 45-minute walk respectively.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes to suit different tastes, including meat, seafood, fruits, and desserts. However, the options for vegetarians are limited.
Unfortunately, we did not leave with a very good overall impression of our stay due to excessive noise. Initially, the reception staff misinformed us about the noise schedule, saying it would end at 10:00 PM, whereas in reality the animation continued even after 11:00 PM.
Sound insulation in the hotel is very poor. After the animation ends, for about another hour you can clearly hear your neighbors’ evening routines, not to mention the noise coming from the street.
The room facilities are outdated. We were accommodated in a “renovated” room, but it looks as if the renovation was done a long time ago.
The bed linen is old and worn, covered with lint, and after housekeeping it was replaced with bedding of the same condition.
There is very little for children. The kids’ room is small and lacks engaging activities, and there is no staff member present. As for animation, there are only dances by the pool.
The hotel does not have its own beach, but there is a shuttle 4–5 times a day to a beach area with swimming from a pier near the reefs.

Wonderful
The Staff is the highlight of the hotel, wherever you are there is always someone there to help you with whatever you need.
And special thanks to the Animation Team for making the trip full of fun activities.
Also the hotel cleanliness was perfect.
The property is not directly on the beach, yet its a 10 minutes drive away with shuttle buses going back and forth every 1 hour

Loved our time at the Sharm Reef Hotel. The price for what you get is seriously great.
If you're not into loud hotels, this is your place. It's really peaceful and quiet.
Our room was clean, fresh, and felt really spacious. The food was good—you'll always find something you like.
Big shoutout to the staff! They were really nice and got the balance just right. They were there when you needed them but never in your face.
Totally recommend it if you want a relaxed and comfy holiday.

The hotel was great, and the staff was amazing. This booking was for my mom, who has problems with her knees and couldn’t walk. The staff responded immediately to change her room and take care of her. The food was delicious and offered many options. We will come back again for sure .
