NOISE POLLUTION Mounted on the roof of the main complex directly over the rooms is a large air conditioning unit with no sound insulation. (see photos). This unit runs night and day and makes a sound like a small jet engine which can be heard everywhere in the complex. Unbearable in some places and merely annoying in others. The management is aware of the problem and for a hotel to knowingly subject their guests to this kind of unnecessary noise pollution is absolutely shamefful. BEACH The hotel fronts on a wide sandy beach which has been completely covered side to side with dirty, worn lounges laid edge to edge. (see photo). After 0900 every lounge will be occupied, the vast majority by Russian package-tour travellers. Sellers of varoius products constantly seek your attention. The scene is loud, crowded and chaotic. They have roped off a small swimming area which has a sandy, rocky bottom. If you want good swimming and snorkelling you must go down the beach 100 to 200 meters where you will find good coral and plenty of fish. BUFFET/RESRAURANTS The main restaurant serves a buffet three times a day. The food is limited and of poor quality. Nevertheless, it is always swarming with package-tour guests dutifully lining up for their all-inculsive handouts. However, the Italian restaurant is of excellent quatity, service and price, and it was never crowded, probably because it was not an all-inclusive venue. ATTITUDE The top management was friendly and helpful. However the rest of the staff obviously have not been trained in how to handle the questions and needs of non-package tour guests. Staff identifies guests and their entitlements by the color of their package tour bracelet. Without a bracelet, you are nobody. If you do not speak Arabic or Russian, you are out of luck. I could give many examples, but for the sake of brevity will leave it at that CONCLUSION If you are not a Russian package-tour traveller, I suggest you give this place a big ---NYET

This place claims to be a five-stars hotel, but the reality is shocking. I honestly don’t understand how it’s still operating. The room we were given looked like it hasn’t been renovated in decades. The furniture is extremely old, worn out, and depressing. The bathroom was even worse — rust everywhere, a yellow, filthy bathtub, and a disgusting smell that filled the whole room. When we complained, all they did was send someone with an air freshener, as if that would fix the hygiene issues. Completely unacceptable. The food was another nightmare. Very limited options, everything tasted terrible, and the presentation looked cheap and careless. What shocked us the most is that it was obvious they were reusing leftovers from the previous day, just mixed with a different sauce to pretend it was “fresh.” This is not only disrespectful — it’s unhygienic and unsafe. The towels were the final insult. Both the room towels and the beach towels were dirty, stained, rough, and extremely old. This is absolutely not the standard of a five-stars property — it’s the level of a rundown hostel. This so-called luxury hotel needs urgent renovation, proper hygiene standards, and a complete overhaul of its food service. I would never return and I strongly warn anyone considering staying here — save your money and go somewhere else.

The hotel is located in two sepereted areas. Main road passes between two sides. But the problem is we could not noticed this situation while reserving the room. So we had to pass main road each time we want to go to the beach. The rest was quite good.

Bathroom and shower are broken and very old and there was no ventilation. The room is very old too. The food was very basic.

Room on the pool side has a loud music from the early morning till evening, which is really annoying they should maintain mid volume atmosphere.

We had all inclusive package, but we couldn’t anything for free. We ask for coke zero, they say that only normal coke is included; they serve everything in old plastic glasses. At 17:00, they close the beach

I got sick on hotel because we lived in facility right after kitchen. It was overcrowded. Beach was extremely overcrowded. It was impossible to find umbrella as everything been occupied.

Sunbathing lounge chair at the beach is very very old and there is nails can cut and hurt someone and its not clean. More than half of towels are old . Many wall cracks in bedroom and bathroom
