The hotel was very clean, and I really appreciated the bed. Since I personally prefer a firm mattress, I found it very comfortable.
The facilities are quite old and look a bit worn out. The soundproofing could also be better, as I could hear noise from outside.

The pricing advertised at booking was not the same as the hotel charged me afterwards - even though I had not accepted the new charge and didnt stay there, I was charged in full and still waiting for my refund
Hotel wanted to charge extra for the booking fees, even though I havent agreed with the new fare, I was charged in full despite not being checked in or hosted there at all...still waiting response and my refunds from the hotel

Everything was perfect. Amazing view from the room , you can see the sea and the mountains. The hotel is 3 minutes from beach restaurants and cafes that serves hookah. The room was clean and comfy.Special thanks to Mr. Refaat for being super helpful and friendly.

The staff was very friendly. I felt safe and comfortable. The beach was great. Perfect run away from the crowd. But also it is not far from the attraction points. You can easily go around by taxi. The food was OK but they could offer more options.
I would definitely tell they need to provide better cleaning.

The room was amazing, the staff very nice and the food at the Bedouin restaurant really good.

It's the place to be. One of the secret places at sharm el shaikh. Best food at the restaurant to reasonable prices. Friendly Stuff all time helpful. Best place to relax and enjoy.

Good breakfast. Food was simple but always very tasty, with fresh products.
The damage done to the surroundings by the wild development of resorts and compounds. The house reef is still beautiful, though, let’s hope it remains protected.

Location is amazing and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. Diving with Umbi is the best!!!
The mattress was very hard, the air conditioning was old, squeaky and temperamental and the shower was not great
