I am reposting this review after giving Savoy Sharm multiple chances to fix serious issues. Each time, I was met with more dishonesty and neglect.
It started when I called ahead to confirm the cost of adding an extra guest. I was quoted a number, but when I arrived, they charged me almost double, claiming “prices change daily.” They had specifically told me I could only add people in person—so once I arrived, I had no choice but to pay more. This is obvious price manipulation.
In exchange for removing my review from this platform, lead Management offered to “make it right” with a free dinner, a drink at the bar, and a mini-bar delivery. We moved forward despite the unfair price. But when we went to dinner, they changed their story: the Dinner was suddenly excluded. The “mini bar delivery” was stocking the mini fridge in our room w juices and charging us for what we took out. staff member said he’d check with his manager and never came back.
The condition of the room was just disappointing. When you shower, the water gets EVERYWHERE so you have to use one of the only towels given to soak it up (1 towel /pp)
There was mold in the shower, the ceiling was cracked and the couch they told us to sleep on was filthy and stained. I wouldn’t sit on it, let alone sleep on it. And to make matters worse: there are moths eating your clothes (see pics).
Calling this hotel “luxury” is a joke — the bar charged $25 for a Martini (a menu item) and brought me a glass of 1/2 vermouth 1/2 vodka with a giant ice cube. (Asked for no vermouth)
The head manager said, “We want you to feel at home.” After this stay, I’ve never felt farther from home.
Savoy Sharm does not honor its prices, its rooms are unsafe and unclean, and its management makes promises it doesn’t keep. This is not a five-star hotel — it’s a property trading on its past reputation while delivering third-rate service. There are far better

Everything was good! We had only B&B and the breakfast buffet was full of options!

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly — especially Mr. Kareem at the restaurant and Mr. Mohamed at the reception.
The sea is great for swimming, but there is no sandy beach, only about 10 meters.
The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the hotel overall is well-maintained and clean.
My reservation included only breakfast.
The breakfast is decent, but there aren’t many options. I tried the dinner buffet twice, and the food was repetitive and below average.
My only advice is to book with breakfast only — skip all inclusive reservations

The view of the Red Sea was gorgeous.
The property was expansive.
For starters, there is a misrepresentation that this is in anyway connected to the internationally recognized Savoy. The room was the 2nd most premium and had an awful drainage smell throughout our trip. The mini-fridge wasn’t working and wasn’t stocked on Day 1. The staff were consistently rude across the property except 2 Front Desk personnel & 1 bartender at the Safari. It felt like they were angry to be serving and doing everyone a favor especially those on an all-inclusive package. The unlimited icecream by the pool was marketed as “Coldstone Creamery” but instead was some random local brand. The cocktails were very poorly concocted and not worth the consumption even in an all-inclusive. The food was by and far the worst experience we’ve had - having tried 4 of the restaurants and 2 of the bars on the property. Some were inedible. We barely had a decent meal during our stay. Overall HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Something extremely off about this property and not worth the investment for the “5 star” quality that they claim to represent.

The total experience with Savoy Resort is excellent, staff were very helpful and friendly, food was amazing, room was amazin.
There is always an activity to make you enjoy the stay like parties and physical events by the pool.
It would be best to have section for non smokers at the Soho Stage because smoke was causing a big discomfort to my wife.
The walk from the beach to the pools is a little challenging and feels like going up hill, it would be best to provide small rides to help the ones who can't walk from the beach to the pools
