Wonderful
This’s the 3rd time we've stayed at the Savoy, and once again, the experience has been fantastic. The hotel is ideally located, featuring excellent facilities and situated right in SOHO Square, which offers numerous options for dining, shopping, and entertainment.
I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Mohamed at reception for providing a smooth welcome and coordinating everything throughout our stay. Ebrahim in the main restaurant was exceptional in his service, and Abanoub from the beach bar was incredibly helpful. The hotel is well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable.
The main restaurant offered a wonderful variety of delicious food, and we truly enjoyed the beach and the stunning coral reefs, with a beautiful view of Tiran Island.
We will undoubtedly be returning!
There are a three areas that could be improved:
1-One point worth mentioning is the checkout policy. In many hotel chains such as Albatros, Jaz, and Sunrise, guests are usually allowed to continue using the hotel facilities after checkout, including lunch and sometimes even dinner. However, at this hotel, even if you are staying on an all-inclusive basis, the benefits stop at 6 PM on the day of departure.
We decided to have dinner at the restaurant and were informed that it would be charged as an extra, which we completely understand and respect as it is the hotel’s policy, even if it differs from other chains.
That said, the experience itself was not comfortable. While we were dining, multiple staff members approached us more than four times to confirm or question the charge, which felt unnecessary and quite disturbing. It gave us the impression that we were being suspected of not paying, despite having stayed at the hotel for four nights and clearly having no issue covering the extra cost.
A more discreet and organized approach in handling such situations would greatly improve the guest experience
2-The à la carte restaurant experience was also a bit disappointing, as guests are required to order a fixed combination (one main course, one salad, one soup, and one starter), which limits flexibility. Additionally, the food quality there was just average and not better than the main restaurant, which is usually expected in other hotels.
Another inconvenience is that the hotel does not provide wristbands for all-inclusive guests. This means you have to repeatedly state your room number at every restaurant and bar, and sometimes even show your key (for example at the Safari Bar), which is not very convenient.
3-The animation team could be more present and offer more variety in activities.

Big green territory, I think it was really good hotel years ago, with smart architecture planning, but now it’s old, not renewed for a long time, our room on the ground floor had terrible canalisation smell, food was good enough but not wow, and what is most important - after salmon on breakfast I still have medical problems for 3 days, some of the staff members were rude, but there is very nice guy in the shops downstairs the main restaurant, all in all we are satisfied, cause we understand that it’s Egypt and we will come back to Sharm.

The hotel is very large and exceptionally well maintained. It has a beautiful facade and lovely grounds, which create a great first impression. Although the buildings and furniture are not new, this does not take away from the overall experience at all. There is a good choice of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the staff are always polite and professional. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including several very nice pools, one of them heated. The square and overall setting are also very beautiful, which makes the whole place feel especially pleasant and relaxing.

This is likely the best hotel I have stayed at in my life. I am a savoy hotel convert. Everything about this hotel in Sharm was perfect - checking in, customer service, and arriving early from a long trip from Canada, we were able to check in early in our hotel.
The room was sea facing and the nicest balcony I have ever had. Upon arrival we got complimented late of baklava and fruit in our room. The bathrobes are plush, and everything is so clean.
Get the all inclusive package with a sea facing room!
The location is great too and the snorkelling from the beach is excellent, full of coral and fish.
Excellent spa on site as well.

The resort was well located with access to multiple pools and good access to the beach for swimming.
The staff was extremely friendly , especially Ayman who was the lifeguard on duty at the heated pool . He was friendly and attentive to our 4 year old son while being in the pool.
The rooms were cleaned well and extra requests were always met.
The pool bar not serving meals at the pool directly was abit inconvenient, as kids don’t often want to get out the pool and go and sit in a restaurant .
The kids club was lovely, however I wish it was not so isolated and more visible at the beach and bigger pools so kids would want to participate in activities instead of having to be in one location away from the pools and beach area.

We had a little problem with food in the Turkish restaurant but customer service from the Lady asking about our experience and restaurant mgr.was very great and profesional...they really made it up with complimentary dinner for our last night...thank you dinner in sea food restaurant was delishes...

Great 5 restaurants in Soho square where you can order from all the menus..that was awesome...we really enjoy the dinner there with our hotel discount....
Room service food....we ordered lentil soup, chicken Ceasar salad and lamb kofta ...we both got literally sick 10 min after finishing this meal...we didn't told anyone as we didn’t want to complain again...breakfast was ok but all the bread buns was just not fresh ,very hard...we usually not complaining but we were literally worry to eat there that we don't get sick again....I'm sorry...

Swimming pool, and the surrounding area SOHO square, I want to pass my appreciation for one of the staff at the swimming pool, his name is Motasem, he was super helpful, very welcoming. Did an outstanding customer service, I believe he deserves raise or promotion,
Staff at the swimming pool restaurant were very rude, I suggest to give them a training how to work in hospitality. I was very upset from their attitude.
