With the exception of the last day, the hotel overall left a good impression. It has a large, well-maintained territory, a nice beach with a beautiful reef. I had the S-inclusive level, and the restaurants in Soho included in my package were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.
The main downside for me was the last day. I checked out on time but had informed the staff in advance that my flight was in the evening. After leaving my suitcase in the luggage room, I wanted to spend some time with my friends, who were still staying at the Savoy at that moment (Royal Savoy is the adults-only part of this hotel).
I was absolutely surprised when the staff did not allow me to go anywhere in the hotel except the lobby area. I had an ultra all-inclusive package, but I wasn’t asking for food or drinks after I've made a check-out . All I wanted was to sit with my friends somewhere on the hotel territory on my last day. However, the staff refused, saying that after check-out I was only allowed to stay in the lobby. I was shocked, cause I've never encountered such a situation even in much cheaper hotels. This incident completely spoiled my overall impression of the stay.
I would also note that the hotel territory somewhat resemble a maze, with many stairs and passageways. Because of this, sometimes it can be quite difficult to find your way out or locate certain areas within the hotel.

Disappointing
The beach area was nice and the landscaping was pretty
Rooms are old and dingy. Only gave us 1 towel and no soap. Staff was not friendly. No directions/signs in the entire place, no map given at check-in, huge campus so had no idea where anything was or how to get around. There’s the Royal Savoy and just the Savoy in the same campus, but they have different perks/access. Never was told what we got extra and not, would only accidentally discover it. Finally, they ripped down the building next to us, and it literally looks like a war zone. Not a pretty site from our door.

If you like private atmosphere and relaxing it is a heaven for couples also.

Wonderful
This was my fifth New Year Holiday and stay at the Royal Savoy . It has a special feeling of intimacy and coziness despite being part of a large complex . The service is excellent, supported by a very friendly staff . The package offered is very attractive. And the hotel facilities in terms of restaurants , beach etc… are excellent. There is a reef just by the shore that offers great scenery for those who like snorkelling ( love it in January !!! ) . Not forgetting a great New Year party that is part of the package . And the proximity of the airport for those arriving by air .

A vast area with many restaurants, swimming pools and a beautiful beach. My wife and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
The Italian restaurant may need to improve their cooking.We went there last year and this year, both visits were disappointing though the staff was helpful.

Location, fast beach access.
The maintenance service, although i tried multiple times to ask them to maintain my room (4134) as the water sink was blocked with no response. To came to address the issue but its still there for 3 days
