The service is just amazing, our flight changed and we arrived at 8am they were nice enough to give us a room at 9 or earlier, thanks to Ismail and the hotel manager l, the pool staff are always going around checking on all and getting us drinks and ice cream, always smiling, house keeping especially Roman is just amazing, I am gluten intolerant they were able to accommodate me especially Chef Gumaa and the other chef they made me pizza and pasta even but if some one is celiac I would caution them no separate kitchen,
The Spa is a must try we had 4 sessions Mohammad spa sales and Salwa and Hammam the massage therapists honestly I had spa treatments in higher class hotels they didn’t match these two and for such a great price they even allowed us to use the Jacuzzi for no extra charge and gave us facial treatment
The beach is great for snorkeling but no sea to just bask in the waters it’s just too shallow except for the snorkeling deep sea area

Love the stay, do not trust those who left bad review, during my stay of 4 days, comfort amd relax was all met.
Room was roomy, cleaner was attaining, staffs were kind and supportive.
Food was okay but you cannot expect european quality in Egypt, that is just greed and basically you do not have experience of traveling as ingredients are different.
Events, quietness at night after 11pm, basically hotel provided everything controlled manner
If i ever come back to sharm el shiekh will stay same hotel again
Nothing really disturbing, staffs really try to ensure your stays are comfortable.
Also many complain that staffs ask for photos and massage, but it is their fault that they didnt take do not disturb sign from beach towel center.
This hotel management and staffs are real deal.

All the hotel staff were wonderful, and the cleanliness and variety of activities were excellent. However, I would recommend providing late-night snacks or setting specific snack times at night in case guests get hungry, especially since there are no nearby markets.

The hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff are very welcoming, ready to support for any request.
The beach isn’t for swimming as full of rocks. You may access the long bridge to swim in deep water.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. There are no extra charges within the hotel. Many activities are available, and you can find something to eat almost every hour. You won't get bored or go hungry. The surrounding sea is a great place for underwater viewing. Moreover, unlike other hotels, they don't charge for masks or life vests.
The hotel sells tours. They are a bit more expensive than others, but they were all great and worth it. If reliability is your priority, you can choose this hotel. The diving, in particular, was excellent. The biggest advantage of this stay was the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. They were so friendly that we could easily express our needs. A special thank you to Osama (who quickly resolved our needs in the room), Omar (who was very helpful in the restaurant), and Mohammed (in the lobby).
The food wasn't perfect, but there were plenty of options for everyone (such as french fries, pizza, pasta, etc.).
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Shukran.

All the stuff and management was so great, friendly and kind. The facility is so clean. Entertaintment activities was useful and enjoyable such as yoga, zumba and dance events. I was happy while leaving.

The food was excellent with a wide variety of options for every taste. The desserts were especially delicious. The pools were beautiful and well maintained. The sea was amazing for exploring the coral reefs and snorkeling. The hotel was also very clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.
