Hotel was clean and organized. Pools and beach were very nice and clean. What made my stay much more enjoyable was the staff. Thanks to Mr. Ahmed from front desk, Mr. Mohamed Gouda for wonderful customer service and providing the best possible care experience. The staff services exceeded my expectations! When I had an issue with pool music noise, they changed my room to what I asked for. Overall, all staff made us feel remembered when we checked out and show they care when we had late check out due to our late flight time. We truly appreciate our visit and look forward to coming back again.
Some notice of conditions of the rooms wear and tear. There is the need for furniture update. Loud music extends beyond our room, affecting public spaces. The music was very loud and needs to be lowered to enjoy the place and gain the expecting tranquility of a 5 stars hotel. Finally, buffet need to include more fruits and cooked vegetables that Egypt famous with.

Great location, close to everything and only about 25 minutes from the airport. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had beautiful views. The pools were nice, and the reception staff were very kind and helpful. Overall, it was great value for money

Great location and close to the airport (20mins). We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would highly recommend. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The pool is nice, the spa facilities were great. Animation team was very friendly and energetic which made our stay moreeeee enjoyable.

The food was consistently amazing, available throughout the day. The hotel is very clean and visually appealing, with plenty of activities to enjoy. The animation team is fantastic—super friendly and engaging. A special thanks to the photographer, Youssef, for the beautiful photos he captured. I would definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to returning at the first opportunity.

A nice welcome: we arrived at 5am and the staff let us get the breakfast although we did not check in yet, but also arranged us to have our bedroom at 8am, way before check-in time. As many buildings in Egypt, there are.many cut corners but overall the hotel and rooms are in good shape. The location, just a few kilometers from the old market and directly at the sea shore is good. Mini markets available in the resort and a few m8n walk away as well as restaurants and tea/coffee houses. 3 restaurants in the resort : 2 with buffet dinners (one international, one oriental). The third one is à la carte and of no real value. The food at buffet at the buffet restaurants was great. Breakfast was ok but not more than that: bad coffee, juices tasted artificiel and industrial. Staff was generally very nice but 9ften with limited understanding of English. Some were really friendly. Some, often higher ranking, were at best disdainful. They often argued with each other in front of the customers. A good gym with a great instructor.
Industrial food at breakfast. Artificial (concrete) beach. Arguments between staff members. Culina ( à la carte restaurant). Broken billard 5ables and cues. All of these not justifying the 5 star claims in Booking's description
