Exceptional
The stay was wonderful and my children and I enjoyed it immensely. Everyone there was very kind and thoughtful.
I advise everyone not to deal with the pharmacy inside the hotel because its prices are five times higher than other pharmacies. I was scammed by it, and after dealing with it, I discovered that it was ripping me off; it's a thief in every sense of the word.

I liked absolutely everything. 1. The hotel, restaurant, and rooms were clean. 2. The hotel facilities are excellent—sports, entertainment, and food. 3. The spa and gym deserve special mention! 4. I'd also like to mention the food. From barbecue to seafood, from soups to pizza. 5. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the reception staff always handles all issues quickly and efficiently.

Everything was exceptionally well organized, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The buffet offered a huge variety of delicious options, the heated pool was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. It exceeded my expectations and was easily the best value-for-money resort I’ve experienced.

It was very spacious room. Food was great with lot of options. Heated pools are great for kids. And sea is also nice with a lot of different fishes.

The hotel had two main pools, and the heated one was perfect for the kids. We really enjoyed the evening shows. The rooms are large; even though the structure is a bit dated, it still has a good vibe and doesn't feel worn out. The reception desk staff were very helpful and had a great problem-solving approach. They even upgraded our room without me even having to ask.

the food, the pool, the beach. Its big but not big enough to be super tiring to be around. Love the spaces, the restaurant. They usually have the same stuff but I LOVED the stuff haha. Oh and MOhamed the guy who did our room every day- such a beautiful soul.
honestly i have no complains - i can't think of anything i didnt like. Everything was above of what i expected so! Amazingggggggggggggggggggg
