It was an amazing place has a lot of stuff to do. I enjoyed it very much. My four year-old was thrilled and he enjoys swimming many goals dancing at the party at night. Absolutely gorgeous and I would come back again if I ever went to Sharma, sheikh

The staff at the resort are amazing. We had a little miscommunication, but Ahmed from the front desk and his team were able to correct it. Give us a room upgrade and make sure our stay was 100% comfortable.. Grateful we had a great experience. We will definitely be back at this resort. and would recommend it for any families that’s looking for a clean, family friendly, great food and a place to relax.

The sea is beautiful and our kids loved the water slides.
The food was absolutely horrendous, basically inedible, and the swarming overcrowded cafeteria style set up was extremely stressful and off-putting. No reservations available in the single ala carte restaurant for the entirety of our stay. The alcohol options were abysmal. Our room was in desperate need of a refresh, and the bathroom was covered in rust and mold all over the place. One of the cabinets was literally falling off.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. A special thanks to Aziz at the reception and Zakria in Columbus cafe who were exceptionally kind and professional throughout our visit. They made our experience even more enjoyable — truly outstanding service! In addition to that the see was crystal clear and there were plenty of fishes you can observe like an aquarium.

Amazing place, a great aqua park for all ages and amazing snorkeling in the hotel's private beach. There was a huge variety of food and super helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely come again.

All facility was very clean, staff are helpful and friendly. Bassem at the reception is very helpfull and smiling. He upgraded our room as we had a kid with us. Thanks to him. Salah in the restaurant always helped us. Thanks to him. We like Pickalbatros hotels. This was the second time in Pickalbatros hotel but not the last one

Perfect Family Getaway - Amazing for All Ages!
Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel facilities are huge and so well-maintained, which was ideal for our family. The variety of pools meant there was something for everyone, from the kids' splash area to the quieter adult pools. The entertainment team was amazing, providing fantastic, engaging activities for the children all day long. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to our family's needs. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday!
