They are doing their best to fulfill your custom request even if it is not offered in the standard menu. Every worker is so helpful.
We just booked for a standard room with two twin beds, they have provided a suite with two separate rooms to fulfill it.

Rixos delivers outstanding service and real hospitality. The staff are attentive without being pushy. The food is consistently high quality with plenty of variety, and every meal feels well prepared rather than mass produced.
Special thanks to Alfonso and Aladdin. They set a higher standard with their professionalism, care, and genuine warmth. They noticed details before I even asked and made the stay feel personal.
Overall, Rixos is one of the few places where service, atmosphere, and food all match the brand promise. I would return without hesitation.

Everything was great. The buffet food had a big variety and staff is nice and friendly. They upgraded our room to a junior suite for free! This property stays right on the beach for easy access!
Everything was great the only thing I would say is it is a bit older than Rixos Radamis which we split our stay between the 2. Bathrooms are clean but a bit out dated compared to Rixos Radamis. Overall, good property.
