Rixos delivers outstanding service and real hospitality. The staff are attentive without being pushy. The food is consistently high quality with plenty of variety, and every meal feels well prepared rather than mass produced.
Special thanks to Alfonso and Aladdin. They set a higher standard with their professionalism, care, and genuine warmth. They noticed details before I even asked and made the stay feel personal.
Overall, Rixos is one of the few places where service, atmosphere, and food all match the brand promise. I would return without hesitation.

Everything was great. The buffet food had a big variety and staff is nice and friendly. They upgraded our room to a junior suite for free! This property stays right on the beach for easy access!
Everything was great the only thing I would say is it is a bit older than Rixos Radamis which we split our stay between the 2. Bathrooms are clean but a bit out dated compared to Rixos Radamis. Overall, good property.

I had a fantastic stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh! The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel like a valued guest. The food was outstanding, with a variety of high-quality dishes that pleased every palate. My room was spacious and clean, providing a relaxing retreat.
The resort's direct access to the Red Sea allowed for amazing snorkeling right on-site—truly a highlight of my trip!
The only downside is its distance from Naama Bay and Al Hadaba, so plan for some travel if you want to explore the local scene. Overall, it's a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Red Sea!

I truly enjoyed the beauty all around. The clean and well-kept property, the luxurious rooms, the entertaining shows, the complete range of services, and above all, the warmth and kindness of the staff. Everything about the place was simply delightful.
I was hoping the beach would be better, but unfortunately there were no beach pools due to the tides and natural coral formations. In addition, the Turkish bath was out of service because of renovations. Considering the absence of both the sauna and Turkish bath, the value received for the amount paid for the massage felt less than expected.
