Support staff are very efficient
We could not receive any guest from outside the hotel. we went outside the gate to see our visitors because they said they were visitors.
They could have asked them to come to the reception because this is a common area for everyone. This is not ONLY demeaning but very poor attitude and poor organizational behavior.

The resort is very beautiful, the pools are clean, and the staff are extremely polite and helpful. We stayed in a suite, which was very nice and comfortable overall.
The bathrooms are old. We have tried the regular rooms before and their standard is lower than the suites; the beds are old and the bathrooms are also outdated.

We visited from New York and had an amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, staff were excellent, friendly and attentive, and food was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. Special credit to lifeguard Nada who rescued my wife, her professionalism and quick action were outstanding. Thanks to Fathy who helped us even before arrival and prepared a birthday cake for my son.
What stood out most was the level of care and hospitality. Every staff member I interacted with was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. It felt like they truly cared about making our stay enjoyable. Restaurants and bars are everywhere 24 hours, just grab what you like and go.
I’d definitely visit again.

There are several restaurants: Brazilian, Turkish, French, Italian, a grill restaurant, and a main restaurant open 24/7. The pools are very large and comfortable.
The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The room’s location was excellent, right next to the pool, and close to the sea and the restaurants.
At the beach, there’s a pathway that takes you into the water near the coral reefs. Of course, shuttle cars inside the hotel operate continuously—every two minutes there’s a car ready to take you wherever you want.
The aqua park was fun with plenty of games, and a shuttle bus passes every five minutes (it’s about five minutes away).
The treatment and service were beyond wonderful, and the staff were very kind—especially Fadi in restaurant , Abdel Rahman, Kerolos, Ahmed, Mohamed, Mino, Wissam at the Turkish restaurant, Nada at the beach, and Mai, the sea guide.
The pool was large and beautiful. Most areas of the pool were clean; however, in the main large pool, certain spots on the floor had some dirt, and greater attention to cleanliness is needed there.

Wonderful
Aqua park and its staff, beautiful people especially at Kida Area, Adel and Hady.
Has no arrangements or place for kids to play sports or gym for kids, that was a big downside.
