I would like to share my recent experience during my stay at your hotel.
Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by your check-in staff, particularly Mr. Islam Alsaeed, whose kindness and lovely smile made a wonderful first impression.
However, shortly after checking into my room, I encountered a conflict with the reception team, which unfortunately left me feeling unsatisfied.
The following morning, I had the opportunity to meet with Mr. Nassr Ibrahim, the Front Desk Manager. I must express my sincere appreciation for his exceptional professionalism. He addressed my concern immediately and resolved the matter efficiently and respectfully. His ability to handle the situation with such expertise demonstrates that he is truly the right person in the right position.
Please extend my gratitude to Mr. Nassr Ibrahim for his outstanding service. Employees like him greatly enhance the guest experience and reflect positively on your hotel’s reputation

In April I didn’t like the animation team, it was boring
In the first day we had feeling that in hotel here is nothing to do
Also food in bars were not provided, only not tasty ice cream and chips. Would be cool to provide more options of snacks between meals

Booked two nights for 600 usd for all inclusive accommodation with sea view they put me away from sea four line between my room and sea more than 4 lines of building when I requested to modify they excused that hotel is complete after one day the sanitary blocked at bathroom really I didn’t enjoy my vacation there i will not repeat it plus the attitude of reception guy I didn’t like I think Egyptians are not welcomed there I will never repeat it
