Very large campus with multiple pools, so there's a sweet spot for all types of guests. Food is decent and service very good. Guest services do a great job if you have any issues or enquiries for help with anything

Very nice resort, food was great and plenty of options to choose from at both buffets. Just the ice cream selection was very poor - vanilla or chocolate only. Adding some frozen yogurt, sorbet or other flavors would elevate it. Staff is very friendly and looks after you very well throughout. The beach was gorgeous, and so many pools to choose from. We went in what felt an off-peak time of year so it wasn't overcrowded. I think we would appreciate if all the pools were heated in Feb/March since they were pretty cold to last long in them but we still braved it. My partner did a dive with the diving center from the resort and the visibility and sealife was incredible. Would go again! They have also created a running route along the resort so a jog at sunset or sunrise before it gets hot is a good loop. The gym is also sufficiently equipped and massage at the spa was great and well priced. There is an ATM machine outside reception so you can withdraw cash (EGP) - very handy for tips etc.

This is the most outstanding and cohesive team we have ever encountered in over 20 Egyptian hotel stays. · Food & Dining: The food was simply fantastic—diverse, delicious, and consistently high-quality. Among all the hotels in a similar price category we've visited, Riff has set a new standard. The restaurant staff (with the notable exception of the "Sea Breeze" restaurant team) were highly attentive, quick to clear tables, and always ensured we had everything we needed. · Grounds & Location: The territory is vast, beautifully landscaped, and perfect for long, pleasant walks. The main reason for choosing this hotel was the house reef, and it absolutely delivered. It's a paradise for snorkeling right from the beach. · Evening Entertainment: The professional shows were a true delight—far from amateurish. We were treated to performances by genuine gymnasts and dancers nearly every night, with production value comparable to professional troupes.

Lovely hotel, excellent location

Everything the staff were amazing especially Cantelope who looked after our room it was spotless he was so lovley and kind and really looked after us nothing was too much trouble he was a credit to your hotel. The facilities were lovley well kept gardens pretty flowers everywhere the beach and pool were lovely too we loved our time there and again was well looked after by the staff Solomon I’m particularly looked after us really well. Food was beautiful lots of choice. We loved our time at the hotel and was treated like VIPs . We will definitely return for another visit and we’ll be recommending to our friends and family.

This hotel is just amazing from start to finish staff are so happy helpful hard working we've been here many times and it's like my second home.

The hospitality was amazing Cost very good for what you got

We had an amazing stay at this resort the staff were incredibly accommodating especially considering our special needs with a wheelchair the entire property was very accessible and supportive, which made a huge difference with us and the Aqua Park was fantastic and the food at the Aqua Park area was delicious.

I recently stayed at Reef Oasis Hotel and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome with their kindness and professionalism. They are always smiling, helpful, and ready to go the extra mile to make guests comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing — delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety every day. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The hotel itself is very well-maintained, clean, and has a wonderful atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed from the very beginning. Excellent sea and beach. Room was also good. Large space. It is a little bit old hotel. Maybe some parts of room need to be renovated. That would be better. Food culture is a bit different. You may not find what you look for in the common restaurant. But there are different options for restaurants. You may choose any of them to find what you look for.
