The staff were absolutely amazing, so kind, polite, and helpful. They were always smiling and doing their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
Special thanks to Ahmed and all the reception team, Fady and Mahmoud from the bar, Hamada from the safety team, and Youssef from the restaurant.
The hotel was also very clean and well organized, with many activities to enjoy. I especially loved the yoga sessions and the handball games in the swimming pool. Thank you, Ana — you were always so kind and lovely.
I also received a late checkout as a complimentary gesture thanks to Ahmed, the manager, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, this hotel definitely deserves to be booked again.
There was some maintenance work being done on one of the swimming pools, but it was completely fine. The noise was far from the rooms, and the other pool was not crowded, so everything was still very enjoyable.

I honestly didn’t expect this much, but I had a really good stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was lucky with the weather – it was just perfect, not too hot or too cold.
The food was good and there were enough options. We could also use the beach at Amphoras Blu, which I really liked. It was a bit windy during my stay so swimming wasn’t always possible, but I still enjoyed spending time there.
I especially want to thank Anna – she was very kind and helped me a lot with recommendations for beaches and places to go. Also thanks to Ahmed, who did a great job keeping the room clean. Actually, all the staff were friendly and helpful.
I didn’t have any problems during my stay. It was just an easy, comfortable experience. I’d definitely come back again.

This was our second Xmas stay based on the previous positive one. Even though the concept changed a little bit it still provided all we needed. Nice touch added during Xmas Eve in form of decorations and festive food (turkey) and there was even Santa visiting from the sea ;-) The reef is very nice and with plenty of fish to see.
The beach is within walkable distance but you can still take the shuttle bus. You can visit Naama bay shopping (have to register for the free bus shuttle in advance). Nearby are plenty shops around the Mango supermarket. We also walked! to Sharm old town and visited the mosque anyhow, there are plenty taxi waiting outside the hotel or you can order one via inDrive app. We will definitely return!
Adult friendly doesn´t mean you will not see any small children ;-) (did not bother us). The other partner hotels are UltraAllinslusive so some items at the beach will not be provided to you (imported alcohol, ice-cream, again, did not bother us). The above mentioned is not really a negative as all in all we liked everything.

It was our second time at this hotel. Everything was great again- the room had a vibe of Caribbean bungalow, clean and comfortable, service is perfect, everyone is trying to make u happy and satisfied. Pools are nice and clean, and the reef at sister’s hotel beach that we use is so beautiful.
This time the food was a big surprise- delicious each time and variety was awesome- we had shrimps, crabs, lamb, salmon…
Our gratitude goes to the reception staff, the guards at the pools, guys at the bars (Karam from Sohag, hi ?), and all the hard working people in the restaurant- waiters, cooks, cleaners. We appreciate your efforts!
As hard as I tried to find something irritating- I couldn’t ??♀️ All was wonderful.

We were really pleased with the hotel. We have visited Egypt many times before and this hotel had the best food considering how much we paid. So it was great value for money. Staff were also very nice and friendly. The manager is such a nice guy. The guest relations person was amazing and so helpful. We needed some help navigating the area as we hadn't been there in almost 16 years, so she gave us directions and helped with the ride sharing app and currency exchange. The hotel had all the things we wanted and we will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Sharm.
The only thing is probably the fact they didn't have mayonnaise or garlic mayonnaise in the restaurants (I'm abit picky). Otherwise nothing negative comes to mind at all.

The hotel staff is very professional and friendly, especially Mr. Tamer a truly respectable person and a real icon of energy within the hotel. He always does his best to solve any issue and make everyone happy with his polite and pleasant personality. The food, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, is absolutely excellent. It’s one of the few hotels I’ve been to where you can really feel that the chef puts genuine care and passion into the dishes everything is delicious and very clean.
The furniture and furnishings in the rooms are a bit old and need some updating.

The stuff was friendly
Wasn’t clean at all when i checked in , every thing was too old , the kitchen was repeated and they didn’t use gloves during serving food , almost the same food in 4 days , aqua was so far from the beach , buses to the other hotel was till 5 p.m after that you walk long distances inside the two hotels , less activities, same songs .

Hotel needs a lot to improve the quality of rooms .. some of the rooms open with metallic keys!!!
A lot of issues in the room’s electricity issue , sewage system in the room is not good , shower handle is too small ..
