Except the beach, I thought it's sandy, it was rocky and very difficult to handle, it needs sea shoe or whatever it's called ?
In booking profile, the hotel skips that the beach is rocky.. this is felt not good

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed our vacation. The food quality was very good, and the Red Dragon Chinese restaurant was excellent. The pool, water slides, and beach were all amazing, and the rooms were very clean. We want to thank the chefs for doing an amazing job keeping the food quality that good even when the hotel is fully booked! Great job :)
A special mention to the animation team as they were absolutely epic, fun and made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities overall are great.
We would also like to thank the guest relations, Mrs. Hadeer, for the amazing complimentary preparations she arranged for our son’s birthday. The room decoration was beautiful, and the Cedars restaurant celebrated with a lovely cake and a very fun atmosphere that made the occasion extra special for us.
However, the WiFi was not working properly, and the PlayStation was also out of service during our stay. In addition, there was some construction work happening at the hotel. It was not particularly annoying, but we believe it should have been clearly mentioned before booking rather than after payment.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much and would highly recommend the hotel.

the resort was very clean, tidy, and well maintained in many areas. The newer rooms were excellent—modern, comfortable, and one of the best parts of the stay. The staff were very friendly, cheerful, and helpful, which made a positive difference. The animation team was energetic and great at creating a fun atmosphere. The resort also offers many pools and artificial lakes (more than six), which gives variety—some pools had lively vibes and were crowded with energy, while others were quieter and relaxing with music. The beach itself had many rocks, which may not suit everyone, but it also made the experience enjoyable in its own way for exploring and spending time in the water.
the biggest disappointment was the food. For a 4/5-star all-inclusive resort, food should be one of the strongest parts of the experience, especially considering the price paid. Unfortunately, the quality was below average and not up to the expected standard. It clearly needs improvement and better consistency.
Another major issue was accessibility. The resort is not well designed for people with disabilities or families using baby strollers. There are too many stairs throughout the property, making movement difficult. Alternative accessible routes are very limited and often require long walking distances, especially when going to and from the beach and rooms, which can be tiring and inconvenient.

Everything was excellent.
The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The pools were great, and the beach and coral reefs were beautiful.
The food offered a wide variety of choices, and the quality was excellent. The staff were helpful, professional, and always did their best to make us happy and ensure we had a pleasant stay.
Even though the hotel was almost fully booked, all the facilities were easily accessible, everything ran smoothly, and there were no waiting times.
Special thanks to the entire reception team for their warm welcome and continuous support. In particular, I would like to thank Mr. Taher and Mr. Mohamed for their outstanding assistance and hospitality.
Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable.

A beautiful resort that is constantly improving. This was our third visit, and the animation team was even better than before.
The snorkeling area is beautiful and full of coral reefs and colorful fish, and the rooms are modern and lovely.
The food variety is wide and diverse, but the quality of the lunch and grilled items needs improvement to better match the hotel’s overall standard. The breakfast was excellent.

I tried to use the landline phone to call the receptionist and it didn’t work.. i walked to the receptionist and told him so he said the landline is available in the morning.. i tried to use it in the morning and also didn’t work.
The reservation process for dinner is too much work
I think it should be computerized or just by calling in the phone rather than waiting in line for a specific office to book.
The receptionist would do a million things in the same time you speaking to him and decides that the conversation is over rather than continuing to answer your questions.

This is a follow-up to my previous review. Overall, everything is good, nothing to add. I will gladly come back.
Just two tips:
The ATM near the reception can be used to exchange currency, but please pay attention to the commission. Here is what I got:
- If you exchange 20 USD, the commission is 1.80 EGP
- If you exchange 20 EUR, the commission is 7.80 EGP
The second tip is to use the InDrive application for taxis.
One more thing — the internet quality really needs to be addressed. I had to use my own connection because of constant connection failures.

My stay was really bad .. we stayed 2 nights here and we supposed to stay 4 nights .. but we checked out after 2 days .. every thing was poor from service to internet .. and we had a bad experience. Even the animation team . One of them were very pushy and insisted on us to pay a deposit to go night club after party and we told her before that we don’t want to go but she insisted. Very pushy .. don’t believe the all inclusive words it’s just to get customers but honestly I will never book there again and I don’t recommend it to any one .. check. Other options before u book there .. it was a big mistake

Everything was just great.
Since we just arrived, everyone is smiling and promising to make our stay just perfect. Mr. Ahmed Ismail, The Reception Manager had really exceeded all expectations. From a very quick check in, rooms upgrade, Sea view rooms, two dinner reservations at two different restaurants among the hotel facilities and are included under the All-Inclusive deal.
Food was just perfect.
Heated pool.
Bars that offer snacks and drinks almost everywhere and some lasts till 5:00am in the morning, so no chance of being hungry at all :)
Golf carts can take you around the hotel facilities which is quite big.
Very nice Aqua Park.
Beach is great and guards are there, they offer free life jackets & water glasses.
We will sure come back again.
