The staff members were friendly and hard working. The property was great as well, with lots to do. Loved the room as well. We went there for our anniversary and the staff arranged a special room decoration for us which was really nice. Also loved that there were shops where we could buy local products. We also got a phone call from the management team asking us for feedback during our stay and they took our suggestions seriously, which we really appreciated.
Cleanliness in some instances (i.e. cutlery at the restaurant, glasses); and the drinks weren't as chilled as we'd liked them to be at the pool/beach bars.

Everything about our stay was perfect!
From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The staff deserve 5 stars — everyone was so friendly, helpful, and always ready to help.
Special thanks to Abo Alyazed and Ahmad from the lifeguard team for always being attentive and kind,
Also, a huge thanks to Mohammad from the restaurant service team and the pasta chef and all restaurants and buffet staff — they made every meal feel special
The room was spotless and super comfy — the furniture was great, and it felt so relaxing to come back to after a long day. very clean and super comfortable.
The diving center was the highlight of our trip! A big thank you to Ms. Sama and Amro, the diving instructor — both are amazing, professional, and made the experience unforgettable. They even helped me arrange my last-day appointments smoothly.
We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back! ?

The beach and coral reef are breathtaking - pure, peaceful, and full of life beneath the surface. The hotel is truly family-friendly and offers activities everyone.

The internet the cleanness the maintenance way too bad as the wash basin wasn't draining and took them too long to fix it and the cups at the bar or the restaurant they don't have any of takeaway cups which is one time using

The hotel is impressive, similar to Santorini with a massive green space, lots of clean pools, and a nice aqua park, many restaurants and bars, a huge variety of high-quality food and beverages, and premium quality alcohol, and very fast and efficient room services.
I cannot speak enough of the welcome and hospitality from the staff, starting with Mr.Mohamed and Mr.Sayed at the Front desk, to Mostafa the master of cocktails in Bisrto bar.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The beach is rocky but the view is breathtaking.
They define the Ultra all-inclusive correctly with a lot of facilities.

I didn't like the way they told me about the internet as it was too slow as it's not connected and they told me it's a common problem and it will be fixed in days and u know am not staying here forever and the wash basin was not draining water it took so long to drain the water and finally yesterday i was asking for water cups the one which is for take away as it's only one time use because u know guys am muslim and the almost all the guests here are foreigners so they do drink alcohols and the bar man told me we don't have cups all of them is for alcohols that's it !!

Formal Complaint Regarding Fire Safety Negligence:
Dear Amphoras Beach Management,
This place is not SAFE
Electric fire happened at my room, fire alarm didn’t work, no fire brigade staff came to check
Our life was at the risk of your poor management system
Im alerting other planning to book, to consider my advice you will not be SAFE at this hotel.
I am writing to formally express my serious concern regarding the lack of effective fire safety control measures at your hotel, which placed my family in a life-threatening situation during our stay on 11. Aug.2025 .
It is unacceptable that a property accommodating guests did not have adequate fire risk prevention and control systems in place, exposing us to unnecessary danger. This constitutes a grave breach of your duty of care and of basic safety standards expected in the hospitality industry.
I hold your management responsible for this negligence.

The room was comfortable and very clean.
The food was nice and fresh access to the reef was great.
We booked a room for 4 people with a cot and we had q double beds.
They were clean and comfortable but a bit too small for all of us.
I wouldn't recommend this place for family with small kids, the music at the pool was often loud and very. Party style.
The kids club was no good, most of the time the had no activity plans and the communication with them to know what and where they were doing something was terrible.

I particularly appreciated the excellent location of the property, offering direct access to the beach with stunning views of the Red Sea. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring a high standard of service throughout my stay. Additionally, the variety and quality of the food exceeded expectations, and the entertainment options provided a lively yet family-friendly environment. Overall, the property offered a perfect balance of comfort, leisure, and hospitality, making it an enjoyable and memorable experience.
One disadvantage I experienced was the distance between my room and the beach area. The walk was somewhat long and tiring, especially during the hotter parts of the day. This is something that could be improved in terms of room allocation or by offering easier access options for guests.

The stuff was excellent very helpful always there the food is excellent taste and lots of items and available all the time
I booked through booking.com and the 2 chalae they booked for me was very bad condition needed lots of maintenance and they new that in the hotel because the guests relation said this to me so I spent the all night up I couldn't sleep so I asked to upgrade they made me pay 25 USD per night i.n not happy with that they shouldn't but the chalet in booking .com the 2they sent me e mail said i.m alwaed imported alcohol drinks when I checked in they said no only local ones so please I want refund for the night I spent on the chalet
