Very Good Experience
The staff were polite and helpful in reception, the restaurant, and around the pool. The lifeguards were attentive, and the animation team Omar ,Nancy and Maria created a nice atmosphere. Overall, a comfortable stay.

The hotel was affordable compared to others in the area. The staff were generally warm, polite and helpful. We appreciated that the manager offered us a complimentary dinner to make up for an issue we experienced.
The food quality was disappointing, especially the meat dishes, which had an unusual smell and taste. The staff frequently tried to sell extra services like massages or spa treatments on the beach, which felt a bit uncomfortable. We were also asked to leave a Google review and show it afterward, which wasn’t appropriate.
The rooms and furniture were a bit old and not very comfortable. The worst part was that my personal beach towel was stolen from my sunbed during lunch, and the security cameras didn’t capture the incident. I’d recommend being careful with your belongings.

This is my second time in this hotel; its location in very good; the staff is really decent; caring and friendly.
We felt that we are at home; the food tastes really delicious with very wide variety in all meals.
The waiters; chefs, barmen; pool men; beach rescuers; the reception staff are really decent.
They offered us a free room upgrade.
Also they all offered help whenever needed.
There is shuttle bus to Naema bay and soho square; the pirates trip to Ras Mohammad is amazing.
The hotel is great value for money; the all inclusive package is great offering 3 open buffet meals; all kinds of hot and cold beverages in addition to ice cream; pan cakes and beach pizza and burger!
Great greetings to the kitchen and buffet staff!!The room service is excellent; with daily cleaning; changing the bed sheets and towels.
We really enjoyed our stay that sooooooooo much. Thanks Amphoras blu great team!

The location of the hotel was great considering they have a private beach with great facilities to enjoy, the pool was great, delicious food a great variety. Beverages and snacks are available almost everywhere, making it easy to enjoy all the facilities during the day. The staff was great and welcoming.
The room was nice. However, the maintenance was not the best. The fridge was not working, making it difficult to keep cold food inside the room (ice cream or beverages, for example). The sink in the bathroom was clogged, and the shower was looking old and somehow dirty due to the lack of proper maintenance. The sliding door lock didn't work either. The public areas are well maintained, but rooms need improvements. However, the price is good.

The location of the hotel was excellent, the staff was absolutely wonderful – especially Fattouh at the reception and Shaaban in the restaurant. The food was varied and tasty.
The beach was also great.
