Very nice hotel. Well maintained.
Clean rooms.
The hotel was fully booked, and still was very quite.
The food was very good - breakfast, launch and dinner.
We had a room close to the beach which was very good, otherwise may be too far.
When arrived, at night. one of the ACs in the room did not work, and managed to fix it within an hour (replaced something in the outside unit).
Very nice reef, and another upside is that the beach has enough place to snorkel in the shallow water (for kids), many nice fish (no corals). I walked along the beach and seems as the best beach out of 3.
People from the diving center/agency and the beauty salon annoy too much trying to sell you diving/excursions etc.
The double rooms located too far from the beach (we stayed in a family bungalow close to the beach).

the pools are nice, the beach is beautiful
wasn’t crowded due to two huge pools available
-Very Very Rude and Useless staff especially (wael pool guy and kerolos from reception)
-no wifi in the rooms, although its 5 stars hotel
-no parking inside unless approved by the hotel owner or you are his guest as security and reception informed
-Mattresses and pillows are beyond painful
-malfunctioning and noisy AC in the room
-boring animation especially for the kids
-only 1 key room is given to you
-you will walk like hell just to have breakfast or dinner
-don’t expect golf car to take you from your room to reception, as only 1 golf car in the hotel
-cheapest bottle of water in egypt is given to you daily
-very poor amenities in the room

The staff were professional and hotel looks stunning with impeccable gardens. The heated pool and beach were clean. Main buffet had variety and not same dishes every day.
No WiFi in room or other areas. When we did find WiFi by lobby or heated end pool, it was not strong. A five star hotel should not have this issue.

Resort location is amazing, staff is friendly and very helpful, Check-in was so quick, the resort has all the needed facilities for great vacation, Family Bungalow is so comfortable, Swimming Pools are warmed and clean, Beach is sandy and so cool, resort landscape is charming, and food is so tasty with too much variety. This was the first time to visit Nubian Island and will not be the last.

The resort was wonderful. Staff was so friendly and hard working. Views were breathtaking and the beach at this location was perfect.
