Great staff, especially Menna and her colleagues from the Front Desk
The hotel is very well designed, decorated, and maintained.
Rooms are in very good condition, larg, well equipped with a balcony over looking the sea.
Buffet is well designed to avoid a queue line, multiples choices, quality food, and always well stocked. The Executive Chef is always around to direct staff and speak to customers.
The Gourmet restaurant (Al Kababgy) has an excellent variety of grilled meats.
Mosquitoes, as in all cities and hotels overlooking the Red Sea, despite daily extermination

My stay at the Mövenpick Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh was absolutely outstanding. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the warm and welcoming staff to the breathtaking views and excellent facilities. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. The atmosphere throughout the resort felt relaxing and luxurious, making it the perfect place to unwind.
A special thank you to Menna, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay — her kindness and professionalism truly made the experience even more memorable.

She was very helpful and provided us with unique service through our stay , she added el kababgy restaurant to us although we are staying only 4 nights
Snacks should be at beach bar too
Beach is very small to swim although the snorkeling was great

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the view was amazing, and the pool and beach were beautiful and relaxing.
The hotel is very old and needs renovation; the elevators often don’t work, there are too many stairs, the food is below average, and maintenance issues appear every day.

The hotel has a beautiful view, and the pool and beach areas are really nice. The staff are very friendly and do their best to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy their vacation — they truly go out of their way to help, even though they have limited resources.
However, the hotel itself is very old and urgently needs renovation. It’s not suitable for kids, elderly guests, or people with mobility issues — the elevators often don’t work, and there are many stairs with no golf cart or internal transport. During my one-week stay, a new issue appeared almost every day: smelly AC, a lizard in the room, leaking ceiling, and room doors that didn’t close properly. The food was also below average and not worth the price.
Overall, the view and the staff are the only highlights, but the facilities need major improvement before it can truly match its location and price.
