Actually, everything was more than perfect. The stuff in the restaurant are amazing specially Karim and Yasmin the staff is friendly. The location is nice. Everything is green clean.
The reception I had visited this hotel two times but in each time there reception makes some problems with the payment. They usually add more money or use exchange rate different than the official one on the website so the first time was a dollar rate was different than on the official page and when I extended also the payment was like different, but they faxed but my last stay was from from 12 May till 30 May just the only one day in the reception there is a receptionist she added more orchestra 100 more than $100 as a fees orchestra fees as like I should bathe and I paid it and when I checked the booking, I thought they took your money so I want to talk to the manager and they fix the problem to me. I wish that will never happen again because it’s not good and it’s not professional way to handle also the receptionist, she asked me to write a comment about her good comment. I write a good comment on booking and she took extra money and I felt I’m dumped by them, which is not good.

Amazing hotel, great facilities and stunning location. The beach is beautiful and perfect especially because of the marine life, the snorkeling was amazing.
The staff is also very helpful, especially Aya from the reception she was great.
Some of the salespeople around the pool and beach. those offering massages, diving, and photos can be pushy, which makes the experience unpleasant.

Everything was excellent, the staff so friendly especially menna in the reception, the entertainment team was so funny especially Margo and Tito they did lot of shows along the day on the sea, on the theatre, this hotel for all ages.
The seahorse was incredible its very good for snorkelling and diving.
The food was amazing and had alot of varieties, and buffet stuff so helpful especially Basmaa ,Mohamed and Ahmed.
Location in the heart of downtown minutes away from any destination

The view is absolutely amazing so calm and peaceful, the perfect place to reset your mind and enjoy a relaxing vacation.
The staff are truly outstanding very helpful, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Nasser, who kept checking on me while I was experiencing some discomfort with my eye.
At the restaurant, Yasmin and Kareem were also incredibly warm and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Honestly, the entire team is wonderful. I highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back again.

The hotel is great in general.
Most rude and unprofessional cusomer service, considering this is high quality level hotel. I arrived at 4:00PM yet we had to wait 10-15 mins for check-in, which was fine with us. Then they said I have to wait another 40 mins for towel. I asked him 'why room is notr ready at 4? this should have been ready since 2" then he told me"I was about to give you a better room, but it's your choice". I am sorry I never asked for upgrade or better view? I wanted to check-in as soon as possible so I can fresh up? Do they think customers are bagger who are watiing for upgrade view like a dog? I have no clue what were they thinking but this was very unprofessional of them. And, not just this, I asked for help service to move luagge to the front, the this guy came and walked 20m ahead of me, which lead me to lost inside in hotel and I had to ask where did he put my bags when I arrived? So unprofessional and rude service that I never want to try again with this hotel.

Very Good
We spent 5 nights at Mövenpick Sharm El Sheikh with our family, and the hotel’s greatest strength is undoubtedly its location. Set on an elevated hillside, it offers breathtaking views over four sandy beaches, creating a truly beautiful setting. The scenery is exceptional, and the beach access is wonderful, with excellent snorkeling directly from the shore thanks to the nearby reefs.
The pool was another highlight of our stay. It was large, clean, and heated, which made it especially enjoyable. The staff were consistently warm, courteous, and helpful. In particular, we would like to thank Mohammad from the restaurant, who stood out for his kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism.
The food was reasonable, but overall somewhat below expectations for a property of this category. While there was enough variety, the quality and overall dining experience could be improved.
The main drawback, however, was the atmosphere in the evenings. After dinner, the hotel felt far too quiet and lacked the sense of life and energy one would expect from a resort in such a destination. The entertainment offering was very limited, and at night the property felt noticeably subdued. Guests looking for a lively evening atmosphere or more engaging activities will most likely need to go to Naama Bay, which is fortunately within walking distance.
Another disappointment was that on windy days, the outdoor cafés serving shisha and Mövenpick ice cream closed quite early, with no alternative arrangement offered. Housekeeping also requires improvement, as the rooms were not cleaned as thoroughly as they should have been.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel exceeded expectations in every way — clean rooms, great atmosphere, and excellent service.
A very special thanks to Ms. Aya from reception for truly going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference and turned a great stay into a perfect one.
