Every thing vas extremely perfect, staff were really helpful, rooms are super clean and comfy , food was amazing, you can find everything you want, animation team and Spa team were more than perfect
And special thanks to the amazing Sima for her care since our arrival she was very helpful and caring she is one of kind

It’s a great location nice rooms , amazing lovely staff,
Thanks to all the staff start from Omer & moutaaz at the reception, hany with his nice rides , the restaurant amazing helpful staff at the restaurant thanks Mahmoud and Muhammad , we had the best experience at the Italian restaurant thanks for Mr. Jaafar for looking after us very well , and big thanks for the beach staff they are all so nice and helpful we are so grateful
The dessert section at the buffet need to be improved big selection looks nice but they are so dry and tasteless.

The room was very clean and constantly stocked with supplies. the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this location enough it is located in the perfect place with access to shopping centers, nightlife and the beach.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location in Naama Bay was perfect
and always quick to provide anything we needed
And the breakfast was amazing

Great stay. I spent 3 days in the preferred front area, which was very convenient with easy access to the beach and main facilities. The beach was clean and relaxing, rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious with good variety. I would definitely stay here again.

The beach is very close and easily accessible. The staff were extremely professional and helpful — I even forgot my wallet in the room, and they delivered it to me at the airport, which was truly exceptional. The room was newly renovated and comfortable, and the food quality was very good.
I couldn’t connect to the internet throughout my entire stay. The in-room telephone system is old, and there are no nearby restrooms by the beach. In addition, some public facilities outside the room need renovation to match the overall service quality.
